Have to say Ocarina of Time.
That being said, there are a ton of great games for the 64.

TLoZ: Ocarina of Time. And then the usual suspects in no particular order. Super Mario 64, Goldeneye, Mario Kart 64, Super Smash Bros., Majora's Mask, Perfect Dark... Also want to give a shoutout to one I haven't seen mentioned, Yoshi's Story. Doesn't get much attention, but a charming and fun side-scroller. Kept the N64 from being a complete wash for me, as a side-scroller fan. Also another not mentioned, Mortal Kombat Trilogy. So many stages, so many Kombatants!
When it comes to Rare's two N64 shooters, I always thought GoldenEye had a better single player while Perfect Dark had the better multiplayer. I can play GoldenEye's single player forever, but Perfect Dark's campaign kind of lost me. The levels all had such dull color schemes and a few of the missions were next to impossible on Perfect Agent, the hardest difficulty. The only level I loved and could play over and over again was the Villa, and I'm pretty sure that's because it was the only level that had a bright, colorful setting. Anyone else feel the same way?
