Topic: Best looking SNES console - America or Europe/Japan?

I prefer the NES and especially the Famicon in terms of looks. I do like the 4 colors of the EU/JPN better than the blue/purple of the US SNES.

Super Famicom is number 1.

The Euro SNES would naturally be a close second, but... seriously? It's frickin' PAL! It's RUBBISH!

Now, a MODDED Euro SNES running at 60Hz full-screen, that's acceptable, I guess. However, the name plate Nintendo swapped to turn those Super Famicom casings into Euro SNES casings yellows like fvck.

So second place goes to the US SNES, in my book.

When I was about 4, my parents bought an SNES and games for me at a garage sale. Idk why, but they never gave it to me. I discovered it when i was in high school, and played it a good amount. It's an american model, but the controllers have the colorful buttons. I wonder why this is so

Most third-party controllers in the US still had color buttons. Could it be that?

I actually prefer the American model. The EU/JAPAN version looks kinda cheapy and ugly to me.

Just on the Special World of Super Mario World, and I believe SimCity left it in as well.
