Topic: Would you pay $8 for Mystic Warriors or Violent Storm?

I've been wondering lately why those games haven't popped up anywhere on Nintendo's eShop or Steam. Maybe they're just not popular enough. Even Sunset Riders hasn't shown up since SNES and Genesis though (unless there's a Konami compilation I've somehow missed) and that game was extremely popular as I recall, so what's the deal? Are there license issues I don't know about?
The reason I specified $8 is because that seems to be the going rate for most ports of 80s and 90s arcade games on Switch, and I know Konami has done business with Hamster via the Arcade Archives series to bring games such as Mr Goemon and Haunted Castle. I'd also like to see Metamorphic Force come to consoles.

Finishing their Neo Geo set, Hamster seems to be working through the retrievable back catalogue. They’re still covering the 80’s. But they just put out 1991 Twin Bee so anything after that may eventually come to the AA.

Speaking of the Neo Geo set, there are still at least four games they haven't ported, six if you count variations, and even more if you count multiple Neo Geo engines. I understand why they'd have trouble porting Willow and Double Dragon due to license issues, but the omissions of both versions of Breakerz and Panel de Pon seem odd.

I would buy Violent Storm in a heartbeat! I discovered Violent Storm when looking for arcade "hidden gems". I grew up in the 80s and 90s and had never heard of it, but it has quickly become my favorite beat 'em up. The visuals, soundtrack, combat, and overall craziness make it awesome and unique.
