Great ideas, but i don't see any of them happening. Oh and there's also a Mortal Kombat versus DC game for the PS3 nobody knows about.
i know, it's wishful thinking though. i did see the mortal kombat vs DC game before. a bit of a weird combination, although there was a marvel vs capcom, so midway or whoever makes mortal kombat must've thought it would be a good idea to pair that one up with DC comics characters like batman, wonder woman, superman.
Nintendo vs. Capcom Dead or Alive vs. Blazblue - I know putting DoA against something like Tekken or Virtua fighter and Blazblue against Guilty gear would make more sense but Dead or Alive and Blazblue are the only fighting game series (apart from smash bros.) that interest me. Tales of vs. either Final fantasy or Shin megami tensei
Tekken vs Virtua Fighter (is Virtua Fighter still popular?)
it's not as popular as street fighter and tekken, but it's still a favourite with die-hard fighting game fans. i'm a virtua fighter fan and it's my fav fighting game series. virtua fighter 5 final showdown is supposed to come out this year on the x-box and PS3.

DoA is similar to tekken and virtua fighter as they are all 3D fighting games, and yeah blazblue and guilty gear are in many respects the same type of game.
