The Atari VCS be powered by an AMD Bristol Ridge family APU with Radeon R7 graphics. 25% of the RAM will not be used by the system. Atari VCS’s core architecture will use a custom Linux Kenel Atari called AtariOS.

I knida feel like his "25%" comment stems from maybe a little bit of butthurt from past employment. No console has ever reserved a quarter of its memory usage for the os.
