Crash Bandcoot or no buy.

Sony doesn't own the IP. Not sure if Activison would want to put Spyro or Crash in this game.

Yeah I know, but Crash did use to be Sony console exclusive and it was a big hit back in the old days. Activation could be nice and let him be in the game. I guess since sweet tooth is in I can't complain so oh well.

While I could see it happening I don't think that Activison would want to damage the Spyro and Crash brands. Spyro recently had a kid based comeback. They could easily ride the tails of that and create one traditional spyro games that piggyback off the success of skylanders. No dobut that after Spyro coming back Crash would be next. I'm guessing its one of the two Wii-U projects they have job postings for.

So They wouldn't want to risk the Brand by having it with the likes of a product that may suck and has a more adult focus.

The Majority of Activions's games are decent to good. There problem is over saturation of the market place,

Depending on the Tone of the game you don't want to associate your hot new muti-revenue product with something Parent groups could blacklist.

I honestly don't care. Seeing CoD characters and Konami characters mixed with random Sony icons makes me sick. Sony doesn't really have too many colorful characters.

Sony might as well throw in Croc... Wonder what happened to him. Such a cool character. Shame Sony couldn't get rights to the character somehow since he fits well with Sony's crowd of animals. Gex too...

Is copying a good idea a bad thing, though? Would you prefer a game like Heavy Rain never have Rumble or Motion controls, even though they enhance the experience, just because Nintendo came up with it first?

Well I guess Sony had to copy somebody.
Nintendo did have about a 15 year head start on the gaming business.
Can't blame Sony for trying.

And the idea of different properties crossing over has been a thing for a while now.
