This guy @ gamestop said the psp go was bad because you can lose gaming lisence. Can someone explaine what is a gaming lisence?

The guy's a paranoid twit.

With all downloadable games, you're paying for the license to a copy of the game, not a physical copy of the game itself. The PSPGo only plays downloaded games, so technically if Sony decides to shut down the PlayStation Network, you won't lose the games you've got downloaded, but you won't be able to download them again, say to the PlayStation Vita.

The reality is that Sony isn't about to shut down the PlayStation Network, and you'll be able to play your licensed games for as long as you're able to play your physical copy games.

You need to remember that GameStop doesn't want people buying the PSPGo, because GameStop doesn't make money from it - people don't then buy games from the retailer. That's one of the big reasons the PSPGo failed - retailers had a vested interest in making it fail.

But yeah, ignore people that go on about licensing and games (and for that matter, downloaded music and movies from the likes of iTunes - all licensed).
