I don't own a PS3, but me and my friend just did a marathon playthrough of Uncharted 2, and I can wholeheartedly say it's one of the best games I've played in my life. It's probably the second-best game of this generation, right under Galaxy. I'm officially sold on HD graphics.

Do you realize that you're still getting the DLC, just at a later date, right? Your post shows you're just jealous or feeling envy of Xbox 360 owners of the game getting it first

LOL.... I just got my copy back this week, my brother in law and me share games a lot. I want to finish the game on Crushing but ummmm I got 18 games for Christmas lol. Im not going to be doing second playthrus for a long time lol. The part where the builing collapsed was absolutely EPIC.

The PS3 version of Modern Warfare 2 is inferior now?

Wish these Microsoft reps would have told me everything about the 360 is better before I bought my PS3.

Now I'm just suck with this highly inferior console that doesn't hold a candle to the messiah that is the 360.

I was however jealous about the fallout 3 dlc being exclusive for a while , in the end i looked like a dumbass for whining because the dlc was going to be in the game of the year edition anyway so i know how ps3 owners feel. But darkg made a good point about developers doing it for extra money. Can we really blame them, they need to eat too?

Infinity Ward is making hundreds and hundreds of millions, and will continue making that, off the game alone.

Most people buying the $5 DLC don't have both consoles. The few that do would buy the $5 DLC on the 360 anyway.

Infinity Ward should be making the DLC for everyone who plays their game at the same time. Third parties showing favoritism, for either the PS3 or 360, just hurts one side while not really helping the other.

It's a horrible practice that needs to be stopped. Especially before it reaches the point of us crossing our fingers, hoping our console gets the version of a game first, while the other waits another month. They're 'third' party developers for a reason.

How do you install games to a hard drive.

Microsoft funded the development of those 2 GTA games... I doubt they are coming to other platforms under Microsoft wants to... it all looks like they will make an appearance on Games for Windows LIVE, so if you don't have an Xbox 360 but have a gaming PC your best bet is there... if you lack a gaming PC, an Xbox 360 is always cheaper, and the retail version of those games is only $40 for both and you don't need to buy GTA IV...
As they said, it isn't DLC as much as they are completely new games running on the same engine, since they don't really connect or flow with the GTA story...

I remembered something.... anyone here got The Eye of Judgment? that's one of the games I really wanna get and that Sony Colombia has never had available... have any of you seen in available in the US? how much is it? I'll be in the US later this year and I would like to get it there.

Eye of Judgment looks cool but gimmicky. While I like card games of this sort, I wonder if the whole scanning cards system has any point to it at all. Why not just make the game purely a card game or purely electronic? I don't see the benefit in a hybrid system besides getting attention for being weird. I'll keep an eye out for it next time I'm at a game store to scope out the price for you.

@DarkG..... wether Microsoft paid for the development or bought the rights to GTA or Infintiy Ward, either way they are still PAYING THEM to get the rights to it. As for Eye of Judgment, I had it before it got a trophy patch and hated it. It works well but its very complicated, thought it does come with the PS3 Camera for the same price of just buying the camera. Its very highly rated, just not for me.

it is pretty good if you want to play with friends online but playing against computers with challenges is hard and boring

I don't have any friends on PSN, the ones that do have a console own either an Xbox 360, a Wii, a DSi, or a combination of them, so I would buy it for the single player and matchmaking multiplayer... and because I love TCGs and would like to see Wizards of the Coast, Konami and Nintendo doing this kind of thing with Magic the Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh! and Pokemon

Sorry, I got sucked back into Uncharted 2. I'm almost done playing the story on hard so I should be joining you soon afterward. I have to warn you though that I'm not so great online so don't expect me to be half as good as you are.

dude they didn't pay for the rights but gave the money to make the DLC. Rockstar even said with out the money the DLC would have never been made. BTW you guys got the joker in batman which is cooler then all the GTA stuff in the world.

The new Splinter cell should be Mutiplatform though.

if Conviction was multiplat, it would probably have degraded graphics so that both versions look close enough (See GTA IV)...

and what shingi_70 says is true... they funded it, and got the distribution rights to it... those two GTA games aren't going anywhere Microsoft doesn't want them to...

@SilenJ.... I got my Uncharted 2 back, I need to get back into it online again. If I see you on, Im definately down for some online play.

@Castle.... hey man, on Trine, did you have a hard time with killing enemies and them falling into pits and not being able to get the experience from them? I seem to be having this problem. The last 4 levels or so Ive not achieved my trophies and I scoured the levels for everything, but did notice a few falling off the levels. Always happens when Im shooting arrows at guys on ledges.

You can check how much expierience from enemies and from the level that you have when you go to chapter select. Most of the expierience that I was missing was by not going where you aren't supposed to go and hard to find vials I got all of the expirience from enemies my first time through
