@Sean: We don't have Crash Bash, and NOBODY has Twisted Metal 1.

5 Euros for Abe's Oddysee, though...they're charging $10 over here. Sounds like you guys actually get a relatively good deal for a change.

You guys have more classics than we do. You have all the games I listed.
I mean come on...why haven't Europe gotten any of those games??

But yeah atleast we got a good PSone game finally.....

EU PS Store updated with a PS One classic...
Abe's World:Abe's Oddysee is now up for 5 Euro.

Thank you Sony.
Now all the EU store needs is the Spyro Trilogy,Resident Evil Trilogy and Tomb Raider Trilogy,oh and give us Twisted Metal 1 and 2 while your at it,oh and Crash Bandicoot 2......and Crash Bash.

All games above have been on the American PS Store for years....but Europe has not gotten any of them at all.
Its easy to see why people like me are upset with Sony Europe for not uploading these classics.

But I guess today with Abe's World.....maybe..just maybe their listening.
Abe's World is probably not as notable as the other games mentioned but it was a classic in its own right.
Its a puzzle game....sorta like Zelda but in 2D.
It is VERY tough to beat but I assure you,for 5 euro's.....that is a steal.

Just buy the games from the US shop if you're that desparate. The European shop has plenty of nice games, but I buy a lot from the Japanese one too, because there are games that will never come out locally.

@turtlelink: I meant on PS1 Classics. Sure, they were released on disc, but that's not what we were talking about.

@Sean: No, the American PSN does NOT have ALL of the games you listed...we don't have Crash Bash or Twisted Metal 1, which is what I just told you. Everything else you listed, we do have...but not those two, and therefore not "all."

I can understand complaints about game lists for the Wii or DS. Those consoles are region locked and you can't download what isn't available in your territory.

Considering how easy it is to buy titles from America or Japan in Australia on the PS3 though, there's no excuse for complaining. Just set up a US or Japanese account.

Yea thats bloody easy for you to say.
I'm only 17 and have no credit cards and nor will anyone let me use their credit card.

If that were the case, why not just mix them all into one?
Stupid logic at its finest.

Wow are you aggressive and petulent.

If you don't have access to a credit card, then you can use a money order or something similar to order PSN cards from Japan or the US on some websites. Yes it takes a bit more effort, but if it's really that important that you have a copy of a game, then it's not that difficult to put a bit of effort in.

Have you even looked into that? Or is this just another one of your childish rages?

@Sean.... I really dont think its worth getting upset over. DSiWare and WiiWare are the EXACT same way, as the Japanese stores have way more content, and better content at that. Head over to the Japanese PSN store and look at all the PSone titles available and its astounding. As Stuff mentioned earlier, you guys got Oddworld a bit cheaper than we did, I paid $10 USD for it when it released. Count you blessing one at a time my friend Its honestly not worth getting worked up over. Head over to any local Gamestop, etc and there are now Tons of great PS3 games on the really cheap you can grab that stomp any PSone game as well.

Yes, you need a local credit card for whatever network you're looking to access - so a US credit card for the US PSN, an Australian Credit Card for the Australian PSN, and a Japanese credit card for the Japanese PSN.

Or you can put credit on the store with PSN Network cards from the region.

@WaltzElf: Most of us can't read Japanese AT ALL, y'know. That makes downloading games from the Japanese PSN pretty pointless. As I understand it, it's a LOT cheaper/easier for you to buy American PSN cards than it would be for me to buy a European PSN card, too. As such, I don't personally feel that I really do have any options for downloading content from other regions. That said, I'm not the one with an issue about that...just thought I'd point out the facts, at least.

@Sean: I do understand your frustration...it always SUCKS when a different region has games you really, really want to play (NPC Pikmin 2, say the Americans). Unfortunately, we consumers are forced to play by the seemingly screwy rules of those who provide the games.

In other news, Final Fight: Double Impact released on the American PSN today for $10! It includes the original arcade Final Fight (complete with female enemies this time around), as well as fellow Capcom arcade game Magic Sword. I recommend it.

@Stuff... I grabbed the DLC for Zen Pinball but that was it for my PSN money lol. I got to grab another card at some point, at the moment I have so many unfinished PSN titles Im going to try to wrap up what I got before buying anymore lol.

@odd... oh, so its just for DLC in the light blue. I pushed up to about halfway though level 29 last night and was able to find a few orange weapons that really kick @$$ lol. Hunting for rare weapons is really addictive. I actually found one while going back through some very low level quest I hadnt done so far in a vending machine. Ive yet to come across an Atlus or Hyperion gun as Ive heard they are the Ultimate in the game.

..... we are all now less than a month from getting our hands on 3D Dot Hero.... Im really looking forward to it big time.

Can anyone tell me why though America got more PSone games for download than Europe??....
I don't understand....we haven't got Resident Evil....I mean that game is a PSone classic and one of the more famous PSone games but America has it and Europe don't..

^This is what is bothering me...
I'm DYING to play these games again...

Super happy.

Found a way to play Crysis on my new Asus laptop without it being a slideshow.

So even though it's not one of the top notch ones gaming wise, I can still buy and play all those Microsoft exclusives.

Which means I really have no reason to buy a 360. lol

Oh and Plants vs. Zombies is amazing. It's really easy to run, I just haven't bothered to use Steam till I had something worth running it on. Whoever hasn't tried that game should download the demo.

@Alex.... lol funny post man. Im actually really looking forward to Crysis 2 dropping on the PS3. Apparently its going to really push the PS3 to its limits, and has been confirmed that the team behind it pushed it further on the PS3 to maximise the game than on the X360. Not suprising they did in my opinion as when Crysis dropped originaly the money it cost to upgrade you PC to run it was astronomical. Very few have played it on its highest specs still and I havent even tried to run it, even though my new laptop definately will run it. Im just waiting on my PS3 Crysis to come out. Im not a big fan of PC gaming myself.
