Im totaly sorry for this but i need to know something i was wondering if anyones played Dragon Age Origins and if its worth buying

@sumba.....my brother bought it this past weekend and what I saw looked fantastic, I can't wait til he gets done with it lol.

@strofan.... at some point me and my brother will finish up spec ops and I csn get my mw2 platinum, then I got like 6 Intel and that's it. Oh I have a avatar of a baby walking through some hedges and Sagat from street fighter jumps out of them and knocks her down, its hilarious, but its too big of a file and won't run here.

Oh on the platinum subject, Dirt 2 has 1 bronze trophy that could keep me away from it. Win a race online against 7 other people. It's rare to get a full line up and when I finally do, I never can seem to win, cause somebody wrecks me to get it themselves. Prob was easy when it first came out but not enough people online now. Really frustrating as well.

I bought this the day it came out , i haven't finished it though. There is a whole lot of dialogue ,at times it feels like a great interactive book. The graphics are decent to me, I've seen alot better. The battle system is ok, but i haven't got used of the fact that enemies do not respawn and that gets a negitive from me..Western rpg's are really different than jrpg's. I am enjoying it though and recommend it . If you really like it you can buy the dlc. It's kinda of a must so expect to dish out at least 85$

Oh, and there is the new expansion which is 40$ I can't justify buying it for that price and will not buy it until there is a sale on psn. I've only spent around 78$ on this game because I got a code (it came with the game) for free DLC so that is 7.99$ i saved .

You can still play this free and awesome browser game ( the best one i have played) to unlock items in game for Dragon Age Origins which i suggest if you do decide you want to purchase it. I enjoyed this little browser gem alot.

Everyone has gone crazy over the Other OS being taken out next firmware.

And I mean it......everyone is just saying they're selling their PS3's or filing a lawsuit against Sony.

Oh well. I don't use the worthless feature. So I'm happy.
Also Spec Ops mode in MW2 was so easy to complete. lol

Good thing us PS3 owners ain't getting the Stimulus pack because on LIVE,it seemingly isn't working.......lol

Oh well,they can improve on it and patch it up for us PS3 owners before it comes out. lol

@Strofan.... sure Im good, Ive done all the levels on Veteran on the first 2 of 5 levels, so got a good bit left. lol.

@Sean.... What is the Other OS? Apparently I dont use it I guess.

I think it stands for Other Operating System. You will no longer be able to install Linux to use the PS3 as a PC. I don't use the feature either so I'm unaffected by this.

@SilentJ..... lol, I forgot you could do that. I was like I know OS is Operating System but there is no Other Category ANYWHERE cause I checked lol. Oh, well, I guess this will be a fanboy outcry on the other side of things but oh well. I dont mess around with that kinda thing on my consoles at all. I use them to play games/ movies and music and that is it. Im unaffected by this one as well. I guess it sucks for those that do, Im guessing that this is somewhat got something to do with the people being able to hack into Modern Warfare 2 to exploit glitches? Ive read that it could be done and Im sure this is how they do it. If Im right on this one, then THANK YOU SONY! Im sick of cheaters!

You can install Linux on your PS3 basically.
Chances are if anyone has the internet,they have a desktop or laptop so just install it there.

Okay everyone saying spec ops is really easy needs to come over to my place.

I'm great online and when it comes to the campaign and I swear half the spec ops are impossible.

The security claims are BS, according to my PS3 techie friend...he's not at ALL happy about this. Honestly, I'm not too thrilled either...not because I use the feature (which I don't), but because it's a matter of principle. If they can make up stupid excuses to remove this, what's to stop them from removing something else that's more important down the line? That may turn out not to be a problem, but it IS a cause for concern.

That said, I'm not running around threatening to jump ship on Sony because of this, and I think people who are are taking this a little too seriously.

Also (and this is complicated, so I'm not going to try giving details here), there's a decent-ish chance that this is actually just a VERY poorly thought out April Fool's joke. We'll know for sure in a couple of days, I guess.

A lot of people are saying the pirating claims are legit.

If they are then Sony has every right to take that feature away. Blame the people trying to exploit the system.

If people were finding out a way to steal from me, I'd stop them too.
