@WaltzElf: Regarding your PSP question from before: You can copy any downloaded PSP-compatable game from your PS3 to your PSP memory stick. That includes ALL Mini's, any PSP games on PSN, and PS1 Classics. You can NOT rip a PS1 disc and save it to your PSP, however.

@Sean: I understand the accidental overreacting thing, but you took it way further than I usually do. Glad to see you've calmed down, at least.

I do still agree it's a BS issue. Hopefully, the loud and relatively wide-spread complaints will convince Squenix to release a patch.

I have been looking at this HDTV and have decided to save up as I get 45 euro's per month in school for lunch money.
Argos is selling a 16-Inch TV for 170 Euro's and I'd like to know if it is HD or not because its very very cheap so I'm worried it might be...I dunno...a stunt...calling it HD when its not really HD...just fake HD or something.

I'm looking forward to trying some shooters out with Move. I LOVED using the Wii style controls on Resident Evil 4 so I definitely want to try out similar controls for the PS3!

I'm looking forward to giving Move a go. I dunno whether the games on it will be any good at this stage, but HD motion controls would be great for FPSers.

Yeah, if they support it. And if they lag aint awful. Remeber you are at the mercy of the PS EYE and the whole thing looks a little....cheap.

Hey I always knew Sony would copy this, but to shamelessly rip off the wimote, nunchuck, software and even MARKETING to the level they did - I hope and believe it will flop like a fish in the bottom of an aluminum boat!

The more reasonable amongst us realise the the Move will probably do just fine in the market. The best thing about it, though, is because it's optional, it's not going to saturate the PS3 with waggle games that physically hurt after a while.

@Sean.... I wouldnt go with a cheap HDTV. I grabbed a Sony Bravia before Christmas last year for $300 USD. 32in 720p and its incredible. I did some research, as at the time my budget for a HDTV for my game room was $1000 USD, and found that when developers dev games they do it on 32in HDTV 1080p. As well as most tournaments for competive gaming are on 32in HDTVs as well, as its considered the Perfect size because it doesnt stretch the image and 720p looks almost identical to 1080p unless its above 32in. The 1080p was also $400 USD more expensive too so I got the 720p.

@110percentful.... I read your comment earlier on my phone, but decided to wait until I got home to reply. You honestly couldnt be more wrong about me. I know exactly where you reasone for the comment came from of course, but truth is Im not a HUGE SONY FAN! I deeply respect Sony because they support small developers and insane ideas EVEN if they flop on the market. They will stand behing developers and its paid off for them so many time such as Little Big Planet, Flower, etc.

Did you know that Ratchet and Clank was originally thrown at Sony as the main character was going to be a cave girl with magical power and have a gothic vibe. It was already in full force development. Sony when shown the game from Insomniac told them. "We arent too sure it will sell well in the market, but you guys are the developers and we are standing by whatever you come up with" , that is a true company my friend. Nintendo is the exact same way. Both take risk, BIG TIME. Nintendo and Sony sit hand in hand with me.

Did I run out and buy a $600 USD PS3 at launch because it was GOING to be the Ultimate Gaming Machine..... Heck NO! When Uncharted came out and the line-up of games started flowing in and the 3rd Party Support jumped on like they always do with Sony (again because 3rd Parties take risk and FAIL if they loose, and Sony will give them their chance to try) and the price dropped down to $500 USD and BD Format also won the High Defination DVD War, I finally decided my money would be worth the purchase. What I REALLY am, is a Massive supporter of Independent and 3rd Pary Developers, not the Major Companies. Nearly ALL games I play on ALL system are developed by 3rd Parties.

As for Move...... Sony is putting the WiiMote to better hardware and it has been confirmed that it has BETTER than 1:1 ratio of lag, wich is NONE. Am I running out and buying it, well it depends. 36 Third Party developers are signed on and making games is a big plus from me, but until I see a FPS that the Move can control BETTER then with a Analog Controller, Im not buying, unless there is some really great other software to make up for the purchase price.

Want a real shocker 110percenful..... I got both my fingers and toes crossed that Apple will move into the Home Console Market and bring their incredible Independent Support with them. Maybe a cheap, DLC only console that has motion contoller, touch control somehow and brings the uber cheap, but uber fun games with it, but that is for another thread another day.

I don't see how it'd be unreasonable to think the Move won't do that well. It's expensive, and all the games so far look terrible. Even Socom has reportedly played better with a traditional pad, though they still have time to improve it of course. I'm not optimistic about it, myself. Whether it's better than Wii and Wii Motion Plus is one thing, but it's another to expect the average consumer to care. Many will shrug it off as an expensive Wii rip-off, and many others got the system to avoid games like that.

..... Oh, I will be dropping post from my phone a good bit from now on finally. Got a HTC Hero and it runs NL Beautifully. Dang thing cost as much as a PS3 though, and had to get two, as my wife got one as well lol. Thing is Amazing though.

I have a business trip to San Francisco coming up... I definately need to get a PSP for Chocobo Racing before I head off.

Seriously, the ability for the PSP and PS3 to talk, and share games back and forth, is truely awesome.

My phone is like 4 years old. Its the Sony Erriccson w300i.
I had Sonic 1 on it....and the phone version was a better port than the GBA version.

FFXIII on the PS3 is reported to have freezing errors and is now KILLING PS3's lens.....No I kid you not.

@sean. It's very possible man and it's not the first game to cause problems, but its mainly in the older systems, I'm sure your. Issue is just a HS to sd conversion problem.

@slap and @sean: first i've heard of this, and after just buying the game yesterday that is pretty frustrating. new or old it should not freaking mess up a system. i'm blaming it on square because:
A) If this was happening in japan it should have been fixed before western release.
B) If this was not happening japan it should not be happening on western ps3s.

Yeah and the Screen tearing...while its terrible...isn't game breaking to be honest.
But I don't know I should play FFXIII due to this issue...

I just haven't got the money to fix my PS3 and if it is dead,its dead for a long time.
