Topic: Hardest Gaming goal you ever completed?

What was the most difficult or just plain infuriating thing you ever completed in a videogame?

For me it was a 100pt run of every stage In Mega man Zero 3. I had to beat all stages including the final boss rush perfectly.
Take more than six units of damage and you've already messed up. It was a seriously frustrating experience.

I also Beat the entire Metroid prime Trilogy on the hardest difficulty. That took some patience for sure.

Beating Twilight Princess. Probably the hardest thing I've ever had to go through

Ummmm...idk...I guess beating Elite Beat Agents on hard rock mode. It took a very long time and more attempts than I can count but I did it and felt very accomplished

Beating Metroid Prime for the first time.

I am colour blind, so had enormous trouble with its first form.
I have never had problems with it since, but that first time was a killer.

Really? I thought TP was too easy, honestly. I did a 3 heart run recently, and I felt even THAT was too easy.

Hard to say... I've played a lot of hard games. Maybe getting 106% (the highest you can get) completion in Super Meat Boy.

I beat I Wanna Be The Guy once. I also beat League of Evil with 100% recently.

Just getting through Demon's Souls made me happy.

beating Gun on "Insane" difficulty on the 360...and that doesn't give you the achievement points for beating it on lower levels which is disturbing.

For me off the top of my head, I would say beating "The Perfect Run" on SMG2.

Nope, completely honest. It was literally killing me just to keep myself playing that game.

i think that the convo about the TP being a hard game is everybody misinterpreting each others comment, i think, or did i misinterpret that....

Seconded. Finishing the game and getting all the Achievements was probably one of the toughest experiences I've had in over 20 years worth of gaming. Still easier than Ikaruga though.
