I recently got some game keys that I need to install on Desura (Don't want to use Steam for undisclosed reasons) The problem is: I don't know where to input the key to download the game. Can anybody help with this.

It's similar to Steam, although they mostly have very small games at about $2 a pop

While I don't know the answer to your question, the Desura Site-Map should help you out. I'm thinking you'll find your answer by either clicking on "Activate Games" (under "Application") or "CD Keys" (under "Shopping").

I don't use Desura, but I looked around for a little bit to try to figure out how you'd be able to redeem keys for it. Worst case is you'll need to contact support from what I read.
