They were fixing a bug. I filled out a survey and it glitched. I didn't receive any coins but my game was registered and I couldn't re-take the survey to try and get my coins. I emailed them about it and a Customer Service guy called me and explained what was going on and the IT guys were working on it. He gave me some courtesy coins for the trouble as well as put that survey I took when the site glitched in my To-Do list to ensure I would get the coins eventually.
