I hope this will come out in the US, I would love to own it. I remember my friend had one and SNK vs. Capcom and Metal Slug was a lot of fun.

After being very excited about this earlier I -- and many others -- reckon this is fake for a few reasons:

1) The left button changes from Select to Menu in some pictures.
2) That's not the SNK logo.
3) It looks like an iPhone 4 with some Photoshop jobbing.
4) Why does a Neo Geo console need a widescreen?

Yes I noticed those as well, especially looking like an iPhone 4 really jumped out at me. Didn't even notice the select/menu change, thanks for the heads up.

I was just about to post this. It'd actually be a really cool little device if it allows you to link up for multiplayer (wired or wireless).

EDIT: Also, SNK is only the second company I've seen do this (Sega did it first). I'm actually surprised there's not more companies doing this.

If it were real, I'd want it...especially if they continue to release games for it. My understanding was that this was a mockup.
