Topic: 25th Anniversary of the NES

Will Nintendo do anything in commemoration of the 25th anniversary of the NES? They should, otherwise it'd be a bit disappointing.

They already commemorated the 20th Aniversary. I think that's good enough, don't you think?

October 18th is still 6 month's ahead plus at the 20th anniversary the Release a special edition Game Boy Micro that look like a Famicom Controller and i believe there was also a NES style controller colored Game Boy Advance SP release a year before the 20th anniversary, so from my point of view they might launch a special edition DSi XL that as a classic 8-bit Mario Design or / and Special edition Wii Version that has the same art design as the NES. Off course that's what i think they will do.

I don't know... As much as I loved it, the difficulty was a bit prohibitive. I say this as a Megaman fan, so I'm no stranger to difficulty. Megaman could be mastered, but parts of Gaiden just made me want to hurl the controller at the wall.

If they came out with special edition systems again I'd definitely get one even though I already have a wii and DSi.
