I'm definitely moving Genesect to the banlist (thought I edited that in) and might as well move over Mega Lucario since the majority seems to want it, Smogon banned it and I think it deserves to be banned too.
Depending on the number of people, some users may get a free pass to round 2, but if the signups are close I may ask around to get some more users in.
