I would've joined, but because Yveltal is banned he got upset and quite angry....

I tried to explain to him that he's very over-powered compared to most Pokèmon. And that it wouldn't be fair.
Then he was all like "It's not my fault I was born this way!" I gave him a few Poke-muffins amd that quietened him down, and he started to forget about the whole thing. Then I put him to his bed. The next morning he said to me "Sorry about yesterday, I just overreacted a bit; how about we go out to clear the air".

So, here we are out fishing, and later, I'm going to take him to a place where Bidoof hang out, so he can have a field-day with Oblivion Wing.

That's why I can't come.

Also, if we are going by Smogon rules like it seems we are, Genesect and the item Lucarionite got banned today, unfortunately.

lol that's why I don't like smogon and usually don't play by their rules(I'm making an exception in this tournament because I didn't manage to join the Kid Icarus Uprising tournament and I love competitions like this)

Would genned pokes be allowed?

Well, it kind of depends on the situation. We don't want people having Darkrai's and just spam Dark Void all the time. Don't get me started on the "Rain Team".
