Ok. I have a QUESTION!!1! So recently I versed someone online last night and well... he had a Plusle in his team. I thought "Ok their has to be some sort of joke right?" but it went before my fastest pokemon Timid Noivern. I mean, Plusle only reaches 317 speed and it did 3/4 damage with a thunderbolt. Another thing is it always paralyzed my pokemon with that thunderbolt. Every hit. Is there something about Plusle's in the 6th gen I don't know about?

Looking for some advice on how to raise a Scizor. I have a 5 perfect IV syther holding a metal coat and I was wondering if anybody raised the syther a little bit or do you evolve him right at lvl 1
