Multiplayer is the worst offender though, lag, glitches, leveling system, hit detection and host quits. Just the leveling sytem + host quits can make this game so broken its unbelivable.
And yet here is a thread with over 5000 posts about it dedicated to multiplayer...
And quite a few of them are about complaints of the multiplayer or FC exchanging.
Multiplayer for GE is fun, but its full of so much BS its really hard to play it for very long without getting overwhelmed with sheer rage.
I disagree i have over 18 days invested and i'm not filled with overwhelming rage. It has been and still is a lot of fun.
But you play with NL more than me and have NL hosts, its harder to get enraged with that sort of help. Also, your level 56 now, you don't need to get enraged when you've just lost 2000+ XP because some douche quit on you.

Yea, that was as close as I've ever been to rage quitting! Those guys were relentless with their proxies and mastersons. I really hate the archives right now. In 50Kxp it'll get better and then even better another 65Kxp after that, but for now, one of the few times I vote is to vote against the archives. GG though. You've got a silencer now. Slap that bad boy on a stauger with HH and go to town!
On a side note, I finished lvling the wolfe (took 2 matches cause of HQ ) Man, that gun is awesome! I had a 8 streak with it in the archives against a team of 20's and 30's. 12 streak with a few strata kills, but the wolfe is really fun. I felt like Rom running around with a pistol against a whole bunch of autos. 1350xp that game!
rage quit! i was doing so great on black box but i started sucking in up on tc. there's always that one player who always seems to know where you are. >

@Rom/Phoenix... WTH guys?!?!?! Why did you both leave during that match w/ RS and pokemon? I'm sure you had good reasons, it kind of pi__ed me off cause we were losing anyway and then you guys took off before the match ended. Looked like rage quits from the outside. I don't really care that much and maybe I'm getting to wrapped up in the whole "clan" thing, but I really want to win when we play together!!! Yea, we're going to lose some, but stick it out for a few matches and if we're getting it handed to us, take it like a man and learn.
Kreegs and I stayed in for another 2 or 3 matches and I know he was seriously outgunned... actually, I was too, but it was still fun cause it was so difficult against those guys partied together.
Am I just getting too wrapped up in the whole "skilled clan" stuff? If so, just let me know. I know that we have some of the best players in GE and I like to see us win against other skilled players.

it totally was. i felt bad for leaving but it was clear after the first match with baconbro that it was impossible to win. he was lagging so bad i was getting red marks on my screen before he even came around a corner, the RS guys were lagging too but it's rare you see delays as bad as baconbro, just totally impossible to fight him. we were doing really well before that and i was feeling pretty good about GE and i didn't really want to sour that by sticking around.
i'm becoming quite the ragequitter but with how frustrating this game has been lately i think it's better to bow out when a match is unplayable instead of getting crushed just because some guy has a 300ms ping. i'm more than willing to stay in when the other side is winning legitimately, but that was not one of those matches.

Really, it was that bad for you? I didn't notice it too much. Sure a few times, but no worse than usual, at least for me. I'm used to dying behind cover... which is why I don't even head for cover that much anymore... bullrush killing FTW!!!
Eh, oh well. He did say on GF that he was lagging pretty bad too, so I guess that makes sense. Phoenix, what's your excuse? You stayed till the end... then quit.
@rom, oh yea, nice ge games earlier to. That was a refreshing little break messing around with some folks. Once I was hosting, I had to quit after a few... it was soooo choppy. Seeing how little xp is earned in 6 or 7 minutes of GE mode, even winning, it's no wonder why it took me so long to get to level 18 when I joined NL. That's almost all I played... FAIL!
yeah, it's really nice playing that mode with teammates who actually defend you instead of just crouching and staring at you from two feet away while you hack! i started getting shot a few times while hacking and thought i was screwed before you came in and killed the guy, that just doesn't happen without NL teammates. too bad that host quit when i was on a 12 streak. >
Yea, I've barely played that mode since lvl 30 or so when we used to play it more in NL parties. Seems like we really got hooked on heroes in there somewhere. The strata and therm toros sure make it easier to get on kill streaks and dominate. And I hear ya, I'm not sure what my score was, but I know you and I were really dominating that last game... probly why we got HQ on
