Triangle Strategy - It's half off at GameStop (Pro Week) and I decided I'd take a chance since it's highly praised. I like a good SRPG.
Digital
Super Mario Bros. Wonder - I decided to use a NSO voucher since the download size isn't huge, plus it's highly unlikely I'd wanna trade it in.
Finding Paradise - This To The Moon sequel is on sale in the eShop, so I got it free using gold points. It'll be a nice palate cleanser over the next few days before diving into the above.
Currently playing: Pokemon Scarlet DLC, Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury (Switch)
@Tyranexx Great haul! Not going to be grabbing Wonder on release myself (stockpiling my cash for stuff like Another Code, Apollo Justice and TTYD next year myself so I have to save wherever I can XD) so I definitely envy you being able to grab it with NSO vouchers at that!
Also I was not aware that To The Moon got a sequel; may have to nab that and the original at some point myself (heard both very good and very sad things about it so it definitely seems like my kind of thing).

To the Moon has two (full) sequels. The third game Imposter Factory is great too but for some reason it's not on Switch yet even though it released on PC a couple years ago.
@Fizza Thanks! Truth be told, the funds I used for the vouchers came from some recent gift money. Otherwise I would've went over my entertainment budget for this month. I'm still not sure what I want to use the other voucher on, but I have a year to decide. If all else fails, I'll nab WarioWare: Move It! digital.
I recommend To The Moon, though one should go in more for the story than gameplay since the latter is pretty simple. I found the puzzles pretty easy too - I may be biased as a Layton veteran - but they're more of a vehicle to advance the story. It's one of the better indie titles I've played in recent memory.
@Opaline-D That's one of the points in Triangle Strategy that intrigue me: how different decisions change the plot. Elements like that in games typically lend themselves to replayability.
@FishyS I did take some past advice of yours and picked up A Bird Story on Steam to play through before starting Finding Paradise. From what I've read, it's a pretty short game, more of a bridge between TTM and FP. I too am confused why Imposter Factory (And A Bird Story for that matter) aren't on Switch.

@HobbitDowneyJr Moonscars be slipping under my radar, I think - I don't recognise the name. Visuals look great though, interested to hear what you make of it. Good haul all-round, enjoy.
You guys had me at blood and semen.
What better way to celebrate than firing something out of the pipe?
@gcunit these are my first physical switch game purchases. previous were all digital games from sales. mario kart was the only big game i had and well metroid dread also.
Kirby's Dream Buffet: really fun and charming little game, I've been enjoying my time with it. Refreshing that an online-focused game has no microtransactions and can still be played offline for solo or couch multiplayer, albeit only 2P. I like that it's a tiny love letter to the series with the multitude of game specific sprite cookies and songs tied to each game.
Arcade Archives Qix- pretty great early 80s arcade title, also unique but pretty difficult.
Limbo, Inside, Timelie, Bit Trip Collection, and Teslagrad Remastered- got all these indie titles on massive discounts, each looked pretty interesting in their own ways.
Physical:
Mario Wonder preorder- I cannot wait to play that and have been intentionally avoiding any footage since the June reveal trailer so I can go in fresh
-Pokemon Shining Pearl- waited to get this used secondhand and/or when it became much cheaper, and there was a 50% off sale plus a friend wanted to get Brilliant Diamond so I bit.

@ChameleonBros Good games! Is Dream Buffet still instantly active without waiting to queue? I haven't played it for months, but quite enjoyed it.
Limbo, Inside, and Teslagrad are all fun puzzle platformers. The bit.Trip games vary in quality but some in that collection are excellent. And personally I think Brilliant Diamond/Shining Pearl is the second best Pokemon game available on Switch.
I've never heard of Qix. Also impatiently waiting for Mario Wonder.
@FishyS Most matches do have a queue at the moment. I'd say for every 1 match that is instant, 4 of them have a queue. Thankfully it's only a minute. And yea, I'm looking forward to trying each puzzle platformer, though I will likely space them out sometime after Wonder! I've seen the name Qix before because it was one of the earliest original Game Boy games (a port of the original arcade game), releasing in 1990, but I didn't really know how it played until this week.
It's actually pretty strategic for a 1981 arcade game, imo. The gist of the game is that you control a cursor in a black space that only draws straight lines in four directions, and you have to make solid rectangles to try to fill the screen. But you have to prevent wild enemy rainbow lines from colliding with an in-progress line/rectangle and enemy sparks that follow you if you stand still. Here's some gameplay of it:

Well it wasn’t actually something I bought my self but for my most recent birthday I was gifted a brand new Nintendo Switch OLED Pokemon Scarlet and Violet edition. This is my first Special Edition Nintendo console I ever had.
