Metroid Prime Remastered. Was able to locate a physical copy. Started it but then they released the update for Sunbreak so now that's taking up my limited gaming time again.

This fire is burning and it's out of control. It's not a problem you can stop it's Rock and Roll!!!

Advance wars. I had the game on pre order 3 times. It’s perfect!

I fear no man
but that thing:
The carrot minigame from bowser's inside story
it scares me

Impulsively I ordered Final Fantasy IX and Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster Collection from Play-Asia even though I only ever finished the original Final Fantasy on the GBA.

I have the feeling that I must collect them all before playing ... like Thanos with the infinity stones

Picked up Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury in the recent Mario Movie eShop sale last week!

I've been dying to play 3D World for the LONGEST time. Even going back to before the Switch port was announced, I used to watch channels like WiiLikeToPlay play through the entire campaign back in the Wii U days when I was younger and became absolutely obsessed with those kinds of long co-op LP's growing up. So to finally have the game that basically kickstarted that era of my childhood makes me so damn happy man. Probably going to play through the main game before diving into Bowser's Fury but man I genuinely can't wait; time to finally see what all the hype is about!

going to be buying and installing Final Fantasy IV Pixel from the eshop in the next day or so in May.

Still busy with Final Fantasy II though but still need to get Final Fantasy IV Pixel since its still pretty reasonably cheap on the eshop

Today during a visit to my sister, in a local tech market in one of the most important cities in Mexico I found a used, European copy of Dr. Kawashima's Brain Training for Nintendo Switch, a game that didn't come out in America.

The game was used but the included first-party stylus was sealed.

Truth be told, other than the pre-installed games on my DSi XL, I haven't bought any of the Brain Age/Brain Training games. I've wanted to, but copies have just vanished in my area.
On the other hand, Big Brain Academy is a series where I've been there constantly since I played the Wii game.

Rusty's Real Deal Baseball is now a hidden gem of the Nintendo 3DS.

Yes, it's nice to be able to reach for any game at any time, but as a physical buyer myself, it's really not a necessity to me at all.

The case I keep my Switch in has 14 elasticated slots for game cards. I keep 3 cards in each slot > 42 games. When do I ever need to have more than 42 games with me, especially if I've got a bunch of cheap digital-only games installed as well?

Yes, there have been times when I've thought about a particular game but not had it with me, but I've always got plenty of good options to keep me entertained.

Anyways, congrats on coming over to the Light side. You know it makes sense.

You guys had me at blood and semen.

@Wolfleaf I didn't want a 3d platformer when Mario Odyssey released, but the reviews were so stellar, I gave it a try. I fell in love with it by the second or third world - sand kingdom is amazing<3

@Wolfleaf I blasted through Mario Odyssey inside a couple of days at release. If it weren't for those moons that require being discovered through the functions of the joy-con (rumble, gyro, and accelerometer) I'd argue it's the best 3D Mario game ever. Luncheon Kingdom was my jam. And I don't even mind Odyssey aping the Warthog Run escape sequence from Halo.
