@gcunit I mean... both Kirby and Zelda have only missed one year each in the last decade. So it would be crazy if we didn't get one or both of those. First guess would be Zelda port.
@gcunit
I pick Zelda. Either Wind Waker HD or a 2D title. I would've guessed a Links Awakening HD treatment for the Oracle games but I'm not as sold on that as I used to be. Wind Waker HD but, such an easy win for a late Switch release

@gcunit I'm gonna say Donkey Kong. Nintendo clearly still values DK what with it being the second franchise to be represented at Nintendo World as well as the Kongs getting a big role in the Mario movie, and yet it's been a decade since his last new game (Mario vs Donkey Kong does not count). Tomodachi Life is a good shout as well, that was huge on 3DS and I'd definitely expect it to come back eventually.
Thank you Nintendo for giving us Donkey Kong Jr Math on Nintendo Music
@NeonPizza
I can't capture 3D with a camera but, this is phenomenal. 3DS is PERFECT for this. Only system the black and red doesn't hurt your eyes cause it's small, AND it's 3D
@JaxonH General idea I get is that battles, dialogue and exploring the overworld counts towards the timer but pressing the start button to access the menus pauses the timer.
@Grumblevolcano I say it is worth it to go through it twice at least as for me I found my second play through I uncovered way more stuff and was able to still finish the rescue mission that closes out the demo. In my first playthrough I kept dying on that mission and eventually gave up. But a fresh start with me better understanding the mechanics made all the difference in the world. Plus at that point I could skip more of the cut scenes as I had seen it before. I think I will do a 3rd play through and that will be the one I go with.
@JaxonH It's like 6-7 hours. You can get a LOT done in that time, especially once the game play clicks. Probably one of the meatiest demos I have ever played. It basically gets you through the opening/tutorial hours of the game. Just don't play on the hardest difficulty to start...I played on medium both times and got very far. I've heard folks on story mode blitzed through the map.

In the wake of all these dreadful layoffs that have been occurring across the gaming industry at a depressingly high pace, it's nice to see some positive news for once and today is one of those days: Toys for Bob (best known for their work on Skylanders and the revivals of both Crash Bandicoot and Spyro) are officially splitting from Activision and becoming an independent studio!
@Anti-Matter It's unclear at the moment but they did say in the announcement post that they're going to be working very closely with Microsoft so it's definitely possible (I'd personally love to see them do a remake of Banjo-Kazooie myself!).

@Magician I added a bit to my comment so that it is clearer. I didn’t think that not everyone would remember Nintendo publisher the Switch version.

@Fizza That does sound like awesome news, I've enjoyed Spyro Reignited Trilogy and it'd be cool to see what they'll make next as an indie developer. And yeah, there have been way too many layoffs in the gaming industry recently... I feel sorry for everyone who lost their jobs.

Ask if you want to be Switch friends with me, but I'd like to know you first. Thanks! ❤️
So Octopath Traveler was just delisted (probably coming back soon) on the eShop, so you can't buy it there at the moment. But if you already had it from the eShop, can you still redownload it, or is that also unavailable until it becomes listed again?
@Giancarlothomaz I'm not going to watch the video because the answer is obviously when Nintendo is ready to hit the ground running with it. I said before all this 'delay' talk that Nintendo need to make sure they have a string of games ready for the launch year. From all the talk it sounds like the hardware is done and dusted. So if the first batch of games gets more optimisation etc then it's a win and if the first year has game after game, then it's in the bank. 16G of ram doesn't sell Nintendo consoles...games do.
I never drive faster than I can see. Besides, it's all in the reflexes.
@rallydefault You should still be able to redownload it. I've redownloaded a different delisted Switch game before. Who knows what will happen in 10 or 20 years, but so far Nintendo always makes any game you buy available for redownload. Since the issue with Octopath is a publisher change it's possible that if you redownload it multiple times the publisher information in the game will eventually change, but otherwise nothing should happen since Nintendo is in charge of any copy already sold.
Note that Nintendo said you can even redownload owned games after the 3DS eShop closes although I assume that will go away after a few years.
