Yeah, let's not push it. The NX is probably going to go into hibernation after tomorrow's reveal.

Remember when that fake oval NX controller was 'leaked' and people were saying that Nintendo allowing fake leaks to gather steam like that would harm the console and drag Nintendo's name through the mud and all sorts of other hyperbolic nonsense? Well, does anyone care about that now?

Anyway, I think we're close enough to the actual name reveal that we can start using the name we think the console will actually be called, rather than the code name. I'm thrilled to see what form the Nintendo Love Buffoon will take.

@Vee_Flames The investor's meeting is next week and several sources have been saying more NX info next week as well. It's probable.

Well it is a 3min long trailer and they've mixed software in with those sort of videos before....

but on the other hand (though these are shorter trailers)....

On Nintendo's site it says "next home gaming console", just to let people know. Expecting name, appearance, maybe some games.

I expect the console reveal and name tomorrow, plus its main selling point. I think that next week we could have a direct dedicated only to software at launch.

@LegendOfPokemon Well that could still be a hybrid (advertized as home console that can be played on the go) but we'll finally see tomorrow.

Interesting to note that on the Nintendo site they call it a "home" gaming system.

It's been 1 year, 7 months and 3 days since Iwata first mentioned NX on March 17 2015...

@BLPs If only Iwata could have been here to unveil its launch... ;( (RIP Iwata-san!)

@LegendOfPokemon I'm so damn excited because now we can see what I'm going to be developing for once dev kits come out, and then we can safely announce and crowdfund our game. Its realllllllll aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.

And I had a dream where the NX was introduced by a recorded message of Iwata. Id like that. Id cry, but itd be nice.
