Well, considering Rocket League is in Unreal 3 and it has some issues from what I’ve heard, maybe they couldn’t get Hat in Time running well on Switch...
I just found out Zone of the Enders 2 is being remastered and is being released on Steam and PS4 (with VR support). Anyone think we'll see it ported over to the Switch?
@YummyHappyPills That's too bad. Not really surprising, though, given past tweets from the dev (they're surprisingly mouthy on social media) and the UE3 issue.
Oh well, my backlog is long enough as is. I'll just ignore it until I see it going for $5 in a Steam sale or humble bundle somewhere down the line and impulse buy it.
@YummyHappyPills They're pretty willing to engage with people on twitter and express annoyance about the repeated requests for and complaints about the lack of a Switch version of the game. Heck, you can see some of that even recently.
@Ralizah Ah. The PR nightmare. To be blunt I think responding in such crass ways is not the way to go about it, especially when it leads to people making misconceptions about Switch and UE3, forgetting UE3 has been legacy since 2014.

I'm not angry a company wouldn't port a game, but at least right now, it's hard to look at that as a good business decision. Especially when it would be porting a several year old card game.
If I was making a Hearthstone competitor, I'd be looking into porting at this very second btw. In general, this is great news for people porting to Switch tbh, since it means less competition.
Too bad, would have been nice to have on the Switch as well.
On the other hand, I'm not sure how much I would play it though considering it requires a constant online connection and the Switch lacks any kind of mobile network features..
Looking forward to: No More Heroes: Travis Strikes Again
@SLIGEACH_EIRE Looks like we can also assume Overwatch is never coming too. Not that I thought it would come anyway but Nintendo needs those online games for the paid online service to be worthwhile.
@kkslider5552000 It's great. Japanese devs are back on top, EA's disgusting practices are getting pushback, Nintendo is finally popular again: it's like the true sequel to the 6th gen.
Currently Playing: Metroid Prime 4: Beyond (NS2); Corpse Factory (PC)
