@Octane The vanilla PS4 (The original) is only just shorter than the Pro I think. The Slim is smaller.

@UmniKnight That is the entirety of the Switch, that's where all the computational and graphical power comes from.

Even when docked, the Wii U still dwarves the system!

Subject changing question.... what’s up with WWE 2k18 on switch? Do we have a confirmed release date? When can we expect first footage. I’m assuming this is going to be a situation like La Noire. We get a gameplay trailer a week before launch? I need a wrestling game in my life even if it’s one that seem to have been getting worse and worse by the year.

Look how much shorter the X1X is than the PS4 Pro. A good 4 inches. Pro has like 3 stacks, where Slim just has 2. It's like they added a stack to make people feel like it has 50% more.

@JaxonH The only good looking PS4 is the original tbh. I have an OG 1TB one, no glossy part, all matte. Ill take that over marzipan and disproportioned or a Big Mac.

Take out the proprietary Blu-Ray drive on the Wii U and it could have been a lot smaller. That would apply to the others as well. Cartridges save on space big time.

I never thought I'd say this but DOOM may end up in my top 3 GotY this year, it's just that good.

Xbox One X is actually a gorgeous system in person. They really nailed it. The original was ugly as all heck. But the X is super clean, sleek, minimalist, and has this very light but noticeable fading of black to grey across the system.

That's what I'm sayin. Scooping up DOOM on Switch was a major catch. The game is incredible.

JoyCon buttons are a bit small, and just one level (besides 1, lol) ends up putting a dent in my thumb. And it starts feeling sore, kinda annoying since I love that game.

I've got a Pro controller yet I find myself using the Joy-con 90% of the time because I think they're great. I only really use the Pro for Splatoon 2 and I'll likely use it for playing Doom undocked. If the D-pad was any good on the Pro I'd use it for the Neo Geo games but it's not, it's crap. Luckily I prefer to play those in handheld anyway.

Playing Odyssey docked with split Joy-con and the straps attached feels amazing.

It really just depends on the game, Thumper has a lot of moments where you have to hold down the A button. MHXX doesn't have that so I can play that with the cons for a long while, with Thumper...ugh...a dent in my thumb and this itchy-like soreness after a level or 2. lol

@BLP_Software Great picture. Amazing to think that, despite the MASSIVE difference in size, the Switch is marginally more powerful than the Wii U. That's a lot of power in a tiny package.

@OorWullie people really use the straps? I thought that was basically like a precautionary design so if little kids throw joycons across the room Nintendo can say "they're designed to be used with the strap "
