Nah, the old man will be in the cave is Link who gave up adventuring due to the delays and started a family and a data processing job and his daughter takes up the heroing hence why there's male and female Links now.

I see Link more hanging up his shield and sword and going into his first passion. Becoming a lawyer. He would work in a nice firm defending other nintendo characters in lawsuits. Like defending Tingle for hanging around playgrounds to often. And of course Gannon would be the Prosecutor.

Well certain sites should stop throwing fuel on the fire over a nonexistent story about whether you can choose male or female Link. Link is male, always has been. It's ridiculous to think that some people want to can change that fact.

I'm not sure Link would make a great lawyer. Don't you need more of a vocabulary than HAAAAAH! Hyah! Hyut!?

If you name the hero of a Zelda game "Beatrice" or "Mary", is Link still male?

There's probably more than one male named Mary or Beatrice in the world.

Gender is socially constructed FYI. If you're actually angry the Fem!Link rumors I am already laughing at you.

It's not like gender matters much, if at all, in the case of Link. His character is not affected nor defined by his gender.

Nah, Zelda games don't need more playable characters other than Link. I don't need a playable Zelda, Tingle, Goron or whatever character. Just give me regular ol' Link.

I don't know, Majoras Mask and Hyrule Warriors was good with more than just regular Link.

@jump Hyrule Warriors isn't a Zelda game and I don't recall having more playable characters than just Link in MM.

Kafei is a playable for a little bit during his side quest.

He's got some Catwoman karate moves even though there's no combat involved at all.

Although he probably means the masks.

Link had those masks from dead people that made him more than regular Link.

I'm not saying you're wrong because of those games but simply when playing a bunch of Zelda games in a row those two come off as nice changes.
