How annoyed would people be if come E3 where Nintendo's only game is Zelda but they still refuse to tell people it's full title and simply refer to it as "The Legend of Zelda for the Nintendo NX (working title)"?

I don't care much for titles at this point, so that'd the funny to me rather than annoying. Double as funny once I saw the salt about it online.

What if the title is revealed to be The Legend of Zelda: Amiibo Festival?

@jump: At this point, Nintendo could do anything and I wouldn't be surprised.

I imagine they'd reveal it at the NX revealing. But whatever, honestly

Eel

It'll be "New The Legend of Zelda for WiiU"/new console.

It will feature a very minimal story, only classic Zelda characters from the NES era, and tons and tons of Amiibo integration.

With love from Miyamoto.

BTW, all the NPCs will be old men and women. With the occasional moblin.

Sounds too pie in the sky, there's nothing at all to suggest from the trailer/clips there will be other characters in the game.

Too right.

All we know it has so far is grass, sky, and riding.

Seriously speaking for a sec, I wonder about the variety of sceneries. I mean, we'll probably get the staples like a lava area, an underwater area, a forest area... But I wonder if there'll be something we haven't seen before in Zelda thrown into the mix. No idea what that could be, but eh.

@LinkSword: Maybe a red light zone?

^Well they added robots last time and Link's Crossbow Training was at one gonna be set in the future so there's not much is off the table but with this I think it's more about expanding the game and it's areas rather than new areas.

How about Uncharted, tho? It's the closest to Zelda-quality we're going to get until, well, Zelda.

I love it how some people are trying to moderate their expectations by being pessimistic about the game.

I'm pretty hyped, I admit. My imaginations, along with a plethora of fan theories, fueled my Aonuma's promises, are telling me that this could be a game to truly surprise me and fill me with the awe of discovery and glee of playing, just like Ocarina of Time did when I was 11 years old.

I'm trying to be moderate with the hype.
But I'm so excited, and I just can't hide it!

@jump: Yes, Zelda will be playable all three days, but for anyone who isn't physically there it's just an hour of Zelda livestream on June 14.

Nice find about the calendar. But I have hard time believing that's the whole story.

"Nintendo’s kickoff to the E3 show happens at 9 a.m. PT Tuesday, June 14, when Nintendo of America President and COO Reggie Fils-Aime introduces Nintendo Treehouse: Live, which will be dedicated to a day of live-streamed gameplay of The Legend of Zelda. This will be the world’s first in-depth look at the game, which will also include commentaries by Nintendo developers. The Legend of Zelda gameplay will be streamed from the E3 show floor via Nintendo’s channels on YouTube and Twitch, as well as on http://e3.nintendo.com. The stream will include game coverage, behind-the-scenes info and plenty of fun."

The original PR release said "a day of live-streamed gameplay". Besides, can they fit dev talk, background info and gameplay into an hour? I guess they could.

We'll see soon enough. At least an hour stream wouldn't spoil too much. ;---)

If there's fanservice in Zelda U then the hype will be real. Link walking in on Zelda spilling Lon Lon Milk on herself.... The Great Fairy in a bikini....

I own a Wii U and 3DS. I also own a PS4!
