Hi
My daughter wants to set up a paid online account, she has learning difficulties and she can’t remember her password or nickname or date of birth she entered when she set up the console
Is there anyway I can reset her password without the other info which it keeps asking for?

I assume you have the email connecting to the account? Besides email, it normally asks you for username or birthdate as a backup.... I think the usual assumption is the birthdate is correct so easy to use as backup. I guess you have two options:

1. The original username may be buried somewhere in the original account setup email on the email account unless it got deleted.

2. Directly contact Nintendo support since the automated process isn't working for you:

https://en-americas-support.nintendo.com/app/contact (or whatever country is appropriate for you). I've heard they have pretty good support; considering small children use Nintendo products they are probably used to solving all sorts of weird account issues.

Usually lost password would connect to your registered email to recover lost password. Otherwise as other said you have to call if they have a ## then it's online Nintendo Support Account issues. NL can't do much in this regard this is a Nintendo Support issue now. For future note: Write those logins down for her to remember as well-this will help the parent and kid on their account and if you call Nintendo they will need this info to verify and access the account as well. So Keep her account info in safe area so if this happens again you can get help from Nintendo Support quicker.
