It might be easily missed but The animal crossing switch does not come with the Animal crossing game.

Also if you get the Nintendo online service you do get more then 60 SNES and NES games included.
Some of which might be a big hit with your little one. Including Yoshi's island and other Mario games and Tetris 99 and don't forget the free jump rope game.

You should buy him the original model. The Nintendo Switch Lite isn’t that good because you can’t played all the Switch games. Someone claims that Nintendo says, “you shouldn’t get the Nintendo Switch OLED model for some reason.”
