@Grumblevolcano I mean if nintendo really wants to piss people off with there last fighter then by all means add any of these characters. (I mean the fact that there first partys not your character picks.)

@Grumblevolcano Sylux won't happen unless we get a Prime 4 reveal in September, which proooobably won't happen. I'd love to see Dixie get added though, she'd make a fantastic addition.

Sylux, Porky, and Doshin fall under the Weirdly Missing Spirits category. You'd think they'd be more important than many other spirits that are in the game.

In my opinion Mii costumes should also come with a spirit. Why are there no Sans/Undertale or Lloyd Irving/Tales Of spirits among just a couple others?

Obvious fan defends obvious game.
I defend Smash, he defends Tekken.
It's a fighting game.
In game.
And in real life.

I think Smash is more fun than Tekken, and just as complex, but simpler to play.

If you like Kazuya or not, he comes with 39 music tracks, 13 new spirits, 2 skins, a new stage, 10 spirit battles, and a unique challenge mode, which should be a bargain for fans and still a good deal for those that just want to fill the whole roster, stage, music, and spirit collections. His presentation was tight and he is a unique inclusion that is very truthful to his origins.

Tekken is one of the most highly regarded fighting games of all time.
Bandai Namco makes Smash.
Kazuya didn't even need an invitation!

Regardless of your FG experience or not it's absolutely indeniable it's a huge honor for a series like Tekken to make it to basically the world stage of crossovers, and it absolutely deserves it nonetheless regardless of how certain FGC players look down on Smash as a game. They're probably in the minority anyway

@Northwind I don't think its really telling at all, I don't think it matters how much you play a game to have to want them in smash, He could have wanted other characters, And people have different opinions, In my opinion He deserved his spot in smash, Play fighting games or not.

Just did one of those online tournaments for the first time. I picked the one with that 2010s event. Surprisingly I did better than I thought, lol - guess I'm a bit better at 4-player battles than at 1-v-1s.

How are people finding Kazuya?

Unfortunately he hasn't quite clicked with me yet. If I am being honest I've had little fun with him which is surprising given I always loved the Mishima's in Tekken itself. Going to give him another while and see how I feel. Still, happy for the fans, he's a fun inclusion and it's worth it for the tracks if nothing else!

Does other DLC costumes than Sans, Cuphead and Shantae come with music? Not really into costumes themself, as I don't use Mii fighters much, but would like to get the music.

An interesting thing I noticed. We got Heihachi Mii Costume in wave 6 (same time as Min Min fighter) which was at a time when Kazuya was already decided to be the 5th fighter in the current Fighters Pass.

Yep. I don't really understand why they didn't wait to release him alongside Kazuya, but Nintendo's gonna be nintendo.

@Marioman2020 My guess? To try and make sure that Kazuya was a surprise. They knew people had picked up on costumes always releasing alongside the fighters of the same game, so it was an easy way to fool people.

Question for those who have purchased Mii costumes...

Do they include a "default" Mii as indicated by the screenshots or not?

@Silly_G They do not. However when playing World of Light you do unlock the three Miis which were advertised if that's what you mean.
