Topic: Stuck in Castlevania Harmony of Dissonance

I’m playing Castlevania Harmony of Dissonance under Advance collection and at 58.3% completion. I can’t seem to go to any new areas because it’s blocked by a wall and when I used the portal to go to the other castle (Yellow spot on map) a lot of areas are blocked by a locked door. Anyone else stuck in this game too for the same reasons? Would appreciate any advice because I really want to finish this game.

Harmony of Dissonance is notorious for figuring out where to go next.
Progression is sometimes not as simple as "you found a new key", but sometimes it is.

In the Sky Walkway area, do you remember encountering any dark rooms you couldn't navigate?
Have you found the Night Goggles that will let you explore those dark rooms safely?

Have you found Hint Card 3? This will allow you to use the teleporters between the two castles as a warp room, by press down instead of pressing up.

There are many items for advancement in Harmony of Dissonance.

As @RupeeClock said you need to go through dark area with the help of some goggles, but I do it without them

Also, you need to find a whip crushing tip that charges after you hold the attach button and upon release you can break certain doors.

Finding this crushing stone tip is tricky as you need to go in the clock tower hit a spiral with gears and then backtrack to get the item itself.

Another tip from me is about the doors. Circle doors can move you from one castle to another by pressing the up button. But if you press the down button on the same door, it will teleport you to other doors in the SAME castle.

Thank you for the tip, I didn’t know you can do the teleport with the doors, I will definitely try it out.

Hint Card 3 will be found in one of the teleporter rooms, it's impossible to miss.
Discovering it apparently will unlock the ability to warp between the rooms.

Also I remember you had to equip a certain blue diamond(I think) to get though certain doors. Let me check my save and I will get back to you what that item is.

I got a little further in the game, went through the portal Death goes through after a brief dialogue with him and explored some more areas (Top right area of the map) but am stuck again with a wall sealing off access. Looking at YouTube it looks like the hint card 3 from previous comments needs to be accessed with a high jump but it appears I need Griffin’s wing which I don’t have yet. I would appreciate any help on where to go from where I am.

Googled, “Castlevania: Harmony of Dissonance walkthrough guides”. Then, go view the walkthrough guides to see where you left off on. Go to YouTube, and used the same search terms. Find the walkthrough guide videos of which part of the game you left off on.

MK’s Bracelet and JD’s Bracelet open those glowing doors and I believe when you see Death he says something like “To be sucked into the Void and live” you fight him not long after that one of those bracelets opens his boss room and you get Griffin Wing. With it, you can super jump by pressing ⬇️⬆️+Jump.

You also need Dracula parts after you beat Death and the boots that let you break blocks

Check your map often and lean the difference in warp chambers (one location to another in the same castle) vs castle swaps (a and b). Many times you have to stay in one and get an item to use in the other.
