Do you think there come a sequel to Star Fox Command?
I like to see how the story continues and what will become of Fox and Krystal relationship.
I hate the decision of Nintendo to put 9 non-canon endings in the game. They have made so many errors in the Star Fox series. And I hate it that the most endings ends bad for Fox' and Krystal's relationship.
What do you guys think? Should continue the story or simply end?

They probably won't. Zero is mainly a reboot

People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

I would love a new Adventures, Assault, or Command. For the new Command, I wouldn't want the story to be a choose your own adventure type set up. I would rather see a more galactic strategy game, which would add choice in where to attack next, and with that some simple story elements appearing at each planet, possibly randomized for planets being taken over again. Like you go to planet A and free them. Then you go to planet B and free them but planet A gets taken over again. Planet A now has different objects and maybe a different guest character, just to make it a bit more interesting than replying the same levels.

I feel like Command basically exists to end the Star Fox timeline in a way. It's very weird. (though I presume if they did want to make a new game after it, it would just be after whatever the true ending was)

Also, I'm surprised in retrospect that I enjoyed Command as much as I did. I mean, it has basically no on-rails levels IIRC, the strategy elements were super basic despite being a huge part of the game (and it being a strategy game at all for my tastes ), it could be decently repetitive and the over the top drama lacks enjoyable over the top voice acting. Yet it's my 2nd favorite game in the series. Huh...

I did think it would be a good idea to make a Command sequel for a while, but nowadays I really want something closer to what Rogue Squadron or Crimson Skies (the Xbox one) did.

Yeah, I certainly could go for more of those kinda games. Like, in general. I can't even remember the last one that came out.

As long as there's a standard deathmatch multiplayer ala Star Fox 64 / SF Assault, but online, Nintendo can do whatever they want.

Star Fox is the only Nintendo brand I give two hoots about. But admittedly it's mainly for the multiplayer (and the music). Having said that, Assault had a very entertaining story.

I agree with defhalan that zero was reboot and any future Star Fox games will use that a jumping off point, though I could see some ideas or characters from command and other games being used.

Here is something I posted a while ago, its my "pitch" for Star Fox, in an effort to "blow the series out" into a large, Triple A series

I'd like to see a Lylat system with 10-12 unique worlds, each with a couple zones (large, open world area's) open for ground and flying gameplay and space around the planet's for aerial combat. I'd also include a couple area's in space (open space, astroide field, some unique space stations etc....) for space combat. The system is an "open world" in which the players can travel between planets, orbit's, and "deep space zones" freely. The players get story missions from General Pepper and Side missions (to earn money, equipment, upgrades, other crew members for the Great Fox and/or to fill out more Arwing squads, make other missions easier etc....) from NPC's and/or on board the Great Fox.
Story wise, Andross's army launched an invasion of the Lylat system. At the start of the game they have control of X% of the system and over time they spread to more and more planets, control more space and space stations. The players do side and story missions to free planets, keep planets free, secure military bases to slow Andross's forces, and fight off and defeat the Wolf Team who Andross has hired to kill the Fox team.
From a game play perspective, obviously there would be aerial combat in the Arwing in space. To keep things interesting you vary up the environments - deep space, asteroid field, around large capital ships or stations and/or attacking them, in obit around planets (maybe with gravity playing a factor there?). When on a planets surface I'd have the Arwing turn into a large mech (similar to Robotech) - http://img13.deviantart.net/b962/i/2015/115/a/3/fox_s_vf_arwi... - This would allow for 3rd person action/adventure segments while keeping to the spirit of the Star Fox, vehicle combat. Gaining new equipment, weapons, ammo and upgrades would be the games "leveling" system. I would limit Fox's squadron to 2 Wing mates at a time, but give him a larger crew to pick from. Obviously Falco, Slippy & Peppy with others like Krystal, Miyu, Fay, Fara being possible. Each would have their own strengths, weaknesses etc.. Pilots not in your current squad could be sent on missions (like in Assassin's creed) to gather resources, scout planets, R&D etc.... The one area of the game where you'd control Fox directly would be on the Great Fox where you can walk around, check out the ships, buy upgrades, and speak the members of your crew.
Like BotW, the player can try to challenge Andross on his home world right away if they choose too, but it will be very difficult. Doing the story and side missions, driving his forces back and weakening them, and defeating the Wolf Team both weakens the end boss while granting Fox the upgrades needed to "level up" enough to win the final fight.
