SpringFest is coming in April:

People online immediately switching from dismay over the Splatfest results to jubilation over SpringFest's return was very funny to see play out in real time XD

All jokes aside, I'm very happy to see SpringFest make a return! I never got to experience any of the special Splatfests in 2 due to getting the game after FinalFest so I'm very glad to be able to play them now in 3 (especially when they've gotten such a great visual makeover).

also, much like the previous special Fests, there's going to be special gear given out for SpringFest such as themed sunglasses and crocs!

Went with team bean so got no mirror matches, but nearly every match was against the white whippets.

I wonder what the spring theme will be! Tulips, cherry blossoms, or daffodils? Lambs, bunnies, or chicks? Good Friday, Easter Sunday, or… Still Waiting to Respawn Saturday?

@WoomyNNYes Thanks for the heads up, it didn't happen for me so I manually downloaded it. Preorders made before a system transfer don't autodownload when available, you have to manually download from the eshop.

Side Order downloaded for me last night as well. Super excited to play it when it's released!

I can’t tell you the whiplash I went through last night. I was casually playing Persona 5 Royal and I saw “successfully downloaded DLC” or something. I started freaking out “it’s out early?!” I thought. But alas, it said right after “waiting to be unlocked” or something like that…

I'm literally downloading the Side Order update as we speak and just wanted something clarified for me: is the update that's downloading now preloading Side Order so that I'll immediately be able to hop into it on the 22nd? I'd like to play it sooner rather than later if possible XD

My physical copy automatically downloaded the DLC this morning, no idea if they take longer to update than digital copies

@luckyseven I think that dlc (and updates) for physical games download on the switch itself (using switch memory), just like digital games, so it should be the same. Not sure though.

Completely random, but I find it dumb how both snipewriter kits are just pencils. Like, how hard would it have been to make one a pencil crayon? Also, if they added more kits, you could have a whole set of pencil crayons!
