Topic: Sonic Mania CE code not working

i got my collectors edition but when i enter the code to eshop it tells me the product isn't out yet when it clearly is.
anyone else have this problem?

Maybe the collector edition you bought is not the same region as your account? I don't know this is the first thing that came to mind
