@Spanjard When I wrote 'I'll resume tomorrow...', that was a reference to the Switch release date - it's out tomorrow and I'll get it immediately.

I bought it on PC a couple of months ago, but don't play on my PC half as much as I'd like due to lack of off-screen play and portability.

With Mario Kart 8D, ARMS, FIFA, Chess Ultra, and now Rocket League, I'm saturated with online goodness on my Switch. When I add Splatoon 2 and Smash, something inside me is going to break...

Anyone knows is it midnight release because... well, it’s almost midnight here and I can’t wait for getting my hands on this game

Quickly looks for a way to confuse the switch into thinking I'm in Australia

I can't wait! Im really disappointed that theres no pre-download option. I work full time at a physical job so I can't afford to stay up all night to download and play it like i really really really want to. So i'll probably stay up until 12, download and then see how long it'll take.. My guess 90 mins, then ill just go to bed and get up a little early to play it and bring it to work with me to play on breaks. This is the most addicting game I've ever played, can't get enough of it..

Only 5 hrs left for me until the release....

Rocket League is now on the eshop in the UK for purchase but you can't buy it because eshop maintenance.

Downloading it now,feeling excited.

Just looking at all my icons after adding RL, my Switch collection is looking absolutely stellar. What an incredible first year it's having.

Just had first game in docked mode. Runs smoothly. Dip in Res Vs other versions is obvious if you're looking for it but I can't emphasise enough, RUNS SMOOTHLY. Easy to find a match due to cross platform play.too.

Very cheap again on South African eshop using Revolut

@electrolite77 I need to look into purchasing from the SA Eshop. How much did you get it for?

I just started it up, was on the title screen where it says 'push L/R to start' didn't work. Luckily after a console restart it's working. Phew!

Didn't realise Panic Button are behind this port too.

It worked out at £13.52. it's 265 Rand.

It was slow to start up for me actually, took about 10 seconds for that L&R press to work.

@electrolite77 Not bad.Had an incredible first game, 2v0 down and we came back and won it 3v2 in extra time. Then got pumped 8v1 in the next game haha. I should practice.

@Nintendoforlife I'm playing handheld and it's smooth as silk. Some arenas look a bit rough though. The graphics can be quite grainy at times too and anti-aliasing is non-existent. Not sure what it looks like docked yet. Regardless it's super smooth and that's the main thing.
