@DTMOF84 I've been playing performance, it looks so much better than it did before, especially handheld mode. I tried quality once and while it looks great the drop in frames was very noticeable I thought. Messed up my movement I thought. Cheers for joining, hopefully a few more will too.

More games need this choice, I played a bit when the update went live and the performance mode is very good. Now if only games like Kirby Star Allies had this option.

Often I get a message pop up, saying I have been invited to a party. Unless I join that instant, I can't seem to find how to then locate the invitation and join at my earliest convenience.

Can anyone explain how I find where my invites are? Surely you don't have to stop, instantly join straight away. Often in an online match when the invite pops up.

Does anyone know what link Nintendo account to Twitch do? I mean whenever I select it it says: "authentication has failed with the Nintendo Switch Online Service servers". Could that mean Nintendos Online Service is releasing sooner than we thought?

@Alber-san I read about it on another site. It's a mystery at the moment but it seems to point to Fan Rewards which means you can win special gear by watching Twitch streams.If you make an account with Twitch it only gives you the option to link PS4 /One or Steam as your preferred platform. The option is obviously coming soon though that they've added it.

Thanks for the info. Don't see myself using that feature a lot though, unless the rewards are too good.

Anyone have any advice for this query? I'm newish to the game and would like to resolve this issue. Basically, sometimes I am already playing a match with a random online or in a party with someone and I then get another invite to join someone on my friends list in a party. I would like to join that friend. However, I don't like to just instantly quit out of the match I am currently playing. Is there a way of then going back to the main menu after that match is complete and then finding the invite you received to join that other person?

At the moment, a tiny pop-up message appears and then if I don't say yes immediately the notification goes away and then I can't seem to find it again?

Whenever someone invites you to a party a message pops up at the bottom right corner os your screen. You can just ignore that message until you've finished the match but as soon as you press + you'll have to choose whether to join or not.
However if you've already said you don't want to join their party then there's no way that I know of to join them.

Anyone looking for some solid teammates to play 3vs3 ranked with? I'm getting really frustrated with players who ball chase and refuse to defend, forcing me to stay in goal the whole match. I'm not a stunning player by any stretch of the imagination, but I at least pay attention to other players and position myself accordingly. I've manage to make a few friends along the way and when we team up the matches are so much closer and more fun to play.

I tried out both quality and performance mode and I honestly can't see a difference in framerate, so I'll stick with quality mode for now. I guess I just don't have a good eye for that kind of thing (which is fine by me because it means lower framerates don't hamper my enjoyment of a game).

@Dogorilla Me too - I've tried both settings now, and I didn't seem to get any performance issues using 'Quality', so I'll be leaving it on that for now.

Anyone having problems witg game after last patch?! I play on performance settings and got my game crashed few times already. Now I’m banned for few minutes because it happened in ranked match. Never ever had that problem before and I got 100 hours logged in RL

@CroRock The crashing is a known issue with console versions, never fixed. The only way I've managed to mitigate it on Switch is to delete presets and replays as well as keeping my inventory from getting too massive. Crashes will still happen occasionally, but they have been less common.

The newer accounts my family uses rarely crash, for what It's worth.

@Dogorilla @gcunit For me it was the opposite, I noticed the framerate difference but not the resolution difference so I'm sticking with performance.
