My brother's ex girlfriend of 10 yrs had a brother, Ramon, who was a Mexican gang member and was always in trouble with the law, fighting, etc. I remember going to her house with him and Ramon was always playing Pokémon Puzzle League. It was kinda funny seeing this hard-core gangster dude sitting there addicted to Pokémon Puzzle League- but he loved that game to death.
That's how I got into it. I would love to see Pokémon Puzzle Leage come to NSO

@DarthNocturnal I would love to see Smash 64 come to NSO. That would be a great way for me to finally play the beginning of one of my favourite Nintendo series and, I'm just saying it now, I would main Mario all the way. I don't even play him that much in Ultimate or Smash 4 but I love the way he looks in the older games and would love to play as him here (I think I just like playing as the underdog, my mains in Ultimate are Ice Climbers, Cloud and Steve for goodness sake).

With the amount of Smash 64 content in Ultimate I think Nintendo would wait towards the end of N64 NSO support if at all to release Smash 64, it didn't release on Wii U VC meanwhile Smash Wii U got a bunch of N64 stages as DLC. You may argue the same logic applies to Mario Kart 64 but both N64 games and the MK8 Deluxe DLC are part of the NSO Expansion Pack so you can't have Mario Kart 64 without also having the MK8 Deluxe DLC.
As for the N64 Mario Party games, I think it'll depend whether Mario Party Superstars gets DLC and if so whether it's N64 stuff.
@Grumblevolcano don’t think I’ve ever played Alien Soldier, certainly don’t remember it being in the Mega Drive collection. I assume it’s by Treasure going by the video.

I know this sounds like a stupid question but what are the controls for F-Zero X? I started playing it there and it's absolutely incredible but I feel like I'm missing a turning manoeuvre like in the original. I may just not know how the game works but if anyone could help me out here, I'd really appreciate it. This game is so much fun and I want to be sure I can squeeze as much fun out of it as possible.

I've never played any of the new NSO games and was hyped to try Earthworm. Jim.for the first time but to my surprise I've taken more to Mappy-Land! Surprisingly charming and fun.
I haven't gotten around to playing the other two yet, but I was playing Dig-Dug 2 on a trip there today and it was far more fun than I expected. I really like how you have the option of either taking out all of the enemies one by one or setting up the stage so you can kill them all in one fell swoop. It's a surprising amount of complexity for a NES game and I've been enjoying it a lot so far as a result.

@Fizza Yeah it's really good and the pumping up and exploding of the enemies is just plain satisfying, as in the original. These games are getting me hyped for the upcoming Pac-Man Collection. Namco are really good at creating ageless fun.
@Clyde_Radcliffe be better if they released GAME BOY ADVANCE games than what is on NSO
I have a feeling in time they'll add the original GameBoy to the basic package and GameBoy Advance to the Expansion Pack... I would love to replay Kuru Kuru Kuruin on Switch <3

What are you talking about? Mario 2, Mario 3, Mario World 1 and 2, Metroid, Zelda 1, LTTP, Kirby's Adventure, Breath of Fire, DKC 1-3, both Earthbound games, Earthworm Jim 2, Prehistorik Man, SMT 1 and 2 (in Japan), Super Ghouls n Ghosts, Ice Climber are all already on NSO! Already a decent chunk of GBA games.
(I'm kidding, but seriously, like 1/3 of GBA games are just ports or remakes from older consoles)
@kkslider5552000 there is still some brilliant games on it I could count 2 or 3 hundred games I'd like to play on GBA . I have all gameboy and gameboy advance games in physical. But I really like to play something that iS not too old as I played snes,N64, mega drive games alot. Maybe they will do something instead of GBA OR GB.
@kkslider5552000
This is honestly why the idea of GBA on NSO doesn't really excite me much. It was very much a SNES/NES port machine which at the time was pretty cool but not particularly exciting given NSO already has SNES/NES games. Also the novelty of a portable SNES isn't really that compelling 20 years after the GBA.......
Once you go past Pokemon, Advance Wars, Metriod, Zelda and then exclude all of the licenced games that are unlikely to come to NSO? There isn't that much else on GBA other than ports of SNES titles. At least with GB(C) the limitations were significant enough that ports really weren't an option. So there were a lot more games on the GB(C) that were only ever on GB(C)
Also helps that the GB(C) was Nintendo's portable platform for over a decade while the GBA was only relevant for just over three years before the DS took over
@skywake Adding any of the GB consoles (GB, GBC, GBA) to NSO would clash with Switch remakes, let's not forget that Nintendo delisted 3D All Stars because Mario 64 was coming to NSO Expansion Pack. So I think it's more likely instead gaps are filled with porting 3DS remakes (e.g. ORAS, Samus Returns, Superstar Saga) and natural progressions of already existing remake lines (e.g. Minish Cap remake in the Link's Awakening engine, the GBA FE games following the Echoes branding, Let's Go Johto).
