Im starting to replay all of the paper Mario games again, yes even sticker star.

Played all the Mario and Luigi games, bis is the best by far even my most favorite rpg of all time its that good really

Just sunk another 2 hours in to paper mario myself. Almost at the second dungeon 😊. Got Some sweeeeet power ups that make the game a little bit easier and more fun. Kicking myself now for only putting an hour into this a while back.

Why not Dolphin? It is much easier than modding and outputs in 1080p up to 4k, depending on your PC. Heck, you could even buy/build a cheap PC that just focuses on high CPU clock speed (AMD Ryzen probably best option), throw an Nvidia 1060 in there, heck even my little AMD Rx 480 used to smash Dolphin games, nice little 512gb NVMe SSD just big enough for the OS, your GC/Wii collection and a little room to spare, hook it up to the TV and set it to sleep and wake with a button press. Would be almost just like having a GC and Wii hooked up.

The GC/Wii era has so many excellent games, and they almost all hold up brilliantly when rendered in HD or Ultra HD. 10 years worth of top notch games to dive into. It’s a shame hearing people say they can’t play the games in their collection.

@NintendoByNature In the case of Dream Team it's also a case of me trying to be pickier about the games I do pick up these days. XD I did notice that My Nintendo discount, I'm normally not one for grabbing retail releases digitally but may bite in this case. I'll have to think about it. I kind of wish I'd grabbed the physical version as a Nintendo Select title as it has shot up in price now.

Considering Color Splash was a full $60 when it released, that $37 price tag isn't too bad. Might be worth keeping an eye on the price to see if it drops slightly lower though.

I've noticed you playing FF IX. I don't have it yet, but it's on my wishlist!

@BruceCM Considering the closest games to FF that I've played have been from series related to those who have done work on the main FF series (namely the Bravely series and, recently, Seiken Densetsu/Mana), I definitely have my work cut out for me. XD Doubt I'll play all of the main numbered entries though. Particularly since two of them are MMOs. I swore those off some time ago.

Oh, yeah, I'm not playing those 2, @Tyranexx.... Only just finished XIII, so got the other 2 of those to go & need to finish FFXV

@Snaplocket I agree. I know the Walmart closest to me had a ton of copies for the longest time. Part of the problem was that they were still charging nearly full price for them. XD It's been ages since I've went in there, but I need to do a run at some point this week.

@BruceCM Ignoring XI, most of the games from IV onward, if I don't already own them, are at least on my radar. I may skip a few as I've read mixed things about them, or at least prioritize the ones that I know are better-received.

Yeah, that'd be great, @Tyranexx.... I'm pretty familiar with most of the series! Which others have you heard mixed things about?

@Tyranexx yea I can feel ya on that one. I try to buy physical when I can too. Just didn't feel like grabbing the game prior, and it was on mynintendo at just the right time for me lol.

I'm really trying to keep myself from buying color splash until i chip away at some of these other games haha. Which is proving to be hard as i keep adding more to the collection.

But yea I've been engulfed in ff9. It's really good, and highly recommend it. Just a few things aren't clear sometimes, but when in doubt, ask BruceCM is what I always say 😋

@BruceCM yea i did mine on Amazon. I'll just pay full price as opposed to Wal-Mart. Same with xenoblade. Both are thru Amazon and i should get them at launch.

@BruceCM I've heard/read mixed things on both VIII and XIII. Skipping XIV as it's a MMO even though I've heard the relaunch is a lot better than the original attempt. XV is out of my reach unless I opt for the pocket edition on Switch. I'd rather play the full blown game.

@NintendoByNature What is the block size of Dream Team? I can never fathom why Nintendo just didn't use the byte system instead on 3DS, but here we are. XD If it's relatively small, DLing it shouldn't be a huge issue.

I'm gonna wait until sometime after it launches to grab Origami King. I suspect I'll still be quite busy with XC:DE and TW101 by then. And that doesn't count some of the other games I've been eying.... XD

Seriously, days need more hours, or I need less games or hobbies.

Oh we’re going hard on Xenoblade. It’s gonna be a NintendoLife marathon as we absolute smash those playtimes. We’ll have 7 weeks. That’s exactly enough for a full playthrough, Future Connected, and a week or two to dabble in XCOM 2, Borderlands, Bioshock, Clubhouse, Outer Worlds, Catherine, Burnout Paradise, unfortunately Trails of Cold Steel III is a long JRPG and there’s no way that one can squeeze in between. So I’ll probably put that one on hold until after Paper Mario. Or, I’ll play what I can before TOK and pick it back up afterwards.

@NintendoByNature I'm gonna try to beat Xenoblade in a timely manner, but I highly doubt it would be by then lol.

Definitely intrigued by this title for sure. It's making it on the Switchlist for the time being.
