My console has no option for WiFi so it can not even search for a network. It only displays the options:
Wired connection
Manual Setup
Within my internet settings on the console. When I press y it comes up with the "searching for network" text and then comes up with:
error code: 2110-1115
Wireless communication is not currently available due to an error.
Please restart your console from Power Options in the Power Menu (hold the POWER Button for three seconds)
Obviously I have done this many times to get the same results.
It was working days ago but now not. I have even deleted my current network settings to see if this helps but nope. Now I can not search for it again because as I say. No WiFi option.
Also. Flight mode is turned off. Please please please help me asap.

@Kevstarlive If there was no wifi router signal, you'd still see a grayed out wifi icon, I think. I'm thinking, either you have a LAN cable plugged in ( Wired connection takes priority, and makes the wifi option disappear), or the wifi hardware in the console may have died, which would mean repair/replacement is needed. (if the latter has happened, it's rare, but I've seen about one person a year here end up with failed wifi hardware. So, they sent the console in for repair. When parts are available, and there are no issues with pandemic, I think Nintendo aims to fix & return your console within 2 weeks. Your other option would be to buy a new console, transfer your stuff to the new one, then sell your old console, since used consoles can have good resale value.(you need both consoles on hand to do a transfer))
Generally speaking, Nintendo support's site is surprisingly thorough. And, if you can't resolve an issue with their site, thats a good indicator that hardware failure is likely. Contacting/calling Nintendo is your next step. And, if that's the case, sorry to hear.
Did you also check your Router as well? That's also another source of problem. If restarting or power cycling doesn't connect you will have to check if there is update for your router or check the wifi status on the router to see if it sees the Switch as well. So beyond just the Switch you also need to look at your router.
@SwitchForce please read the question. It will not find any network in the first place because there is no WiFi option. How can it be a problem with the router if there is no WiFi option. If there is no WiFi option not a single WiFi network will display. I only have the option for ethernet.
In my origional question I did say "I have even deleted my current network settings to see if this helps but nope. Now I can not search for it again because as I say. No WiFi option."
Hopefully this will help. I got it from the Nintendo of America help section.
Ensure the Ethernet cable is securely attached to the LAN adapter or LAN port on the dock and to the networking device (e.g. router or modem).
Both ends of the Ethernet cable should fit securely to the Ethernet ports on the LAN adapter or dock and the router/modem. If either end of the cable does not stay secure, you may need to try a different Ethernet cable.
Restart the Nintendo Switch console.
To restart the console, press the POWER Button for three seconds, and then select Power Options followed by Restart.
Power cycle your home network.
Restarting your network devices may resolve this issue if it is related to the devices being unresponsive. After restarting the devices, and prior to testing the Nintendo Switch console's Internet connection, ensure the network devices are powered back on and that other devices are able to connect online.
Try a different Ethernet cable.
If a second Ethernet cable works, this may indicate the Ethernet cable originally used is damaged or no longer working.
Try a different port on the router.
If you are connecting to a device with multiple LAN ports, try connecting the Ethernet cable to a different port. Most routers will have at least 4 ports available for network devices.
If that doesn’t work:
If you would like to continue troubleshooting potential issues related to the wireless router, contact the router's manufacturer for assistance with performing the following steps:
Updating the wireless router's firmware
Resetting the router back to its factory default settings
If you would like further assistance with the Nintendo Switch console, please contact us for support.

I’d say try to do what @SwitchForce said because when my internet connection is slow or not starting it usually has to do with my router. If that doesn’t work, I think it’s a hardware failure or something and you should contact Nintendo support. They’re really good about solving problems.

If you can, and if you havent already, try phoning Nintendo Support. Then you’ll probably talk to a real person.

so how did u fix this? mine is doing the same exact thing. it was working fine last night, all the sudden it’s not working this morning. feels hopeless.
@kcalifornia The user that created this thread never posted anything in the forums since. So, I'm not sure you're going to get a response. I've got a feeling you'll resolve the issue faster if you call nintendo support. You can get a real person on the line pretty easily there. You may want to say "representative" to the automated menu, to get a real person.
Regarding Nintendo Support: You can plug switch error codes into Nintendo Support's search bar, and usually they have an explanation & directions. Virtually all the best solutions and directions come from Nintendo's support site.
