So after going to Argos and buying my Switch and games as I couldn't get in contact with Nintendo and my Royal Mail tracking number didn't work, Hermes have just delivered my package from the Nintendo store. Most of it will now be sent back. Idiots at Nintendo store U.K. Could just have sent the correct courier details. Hopefully all your switches arrive soon.
This is soooo poor by Nintendo store. The fact that all of these orders will be at least £350 the fact that it seems they have no traceability at all is very worrying.
Next time I'm going through someone I feel will take greater care with my purchase

Then at 18.43 receive a different email saying between 7-8 March by Royal Mail.
HOW IS THIS NEXT DAY DELIVERY??
The first Email is a LIE, I am pretty sure that if a company lies it is illegal!!
As this is a MAJOR release, surely you would have planned for this, or even sent the delivery out a day early so that people would have their order on time?
Some other sites even got them to people a day early!

The whole thing is just stupid especially as i ordered the case and charging controller 10 days after my preorder and they turned up yesterday, so i have a case and charing coller, but no controllers to charge or switch to put in the case
So has anyone here who ordered from Official Nintendo UK Store actually got their Switch?
Judging from my experience with Color Splash if you haven't got it yet you'll likely get it either tomorrow or next week. I got Color Splash on Saturday 8th October with the tracking code working on the 7th and that was a case of preordering the game as soon as it became available.
My Nintendo UK order is tracking through Royal Mail just fine, but as of 14:15 it's just arrived at the NW Post Centre, so I'm not confident it'll arrive today at all.
Anyway mine is apparently somewhere in the possession of Gnewt Cargo, I am in London, but they "haven't received it from the warehouse" despite saying it would be by 6pm today. Losing the last shreds of hope.
@Mintberry_Crunch It's been ran by the hut group ever since it opened. In fact most parcels I've gotten from them have the same address on them as any parcels from Zavvi/thehut.
Are all of you waiting for Royal Mail? For some reason, Nintendo shipped mine with Yodel... Maybe I selected that when I purchased? I don't remember. Either way, it's still with the courier, supposed to show up by 9PM.
My tracking number sends me to Royal Mail, Nintendo confirmed on the phone it was Royal Mail. I even put the tracking code in UPS, Yodel, Hermes and DPD
I'm in the same boat as a lot of you, 2 emails from Nintendo, one saying next day delivery, the other saying 6th/7th of March. Been given a royal mail tracking number that doesn't work. No response from Nintendo so far.
