I'm so stupid. I just got a text from DPD saying my Switch will be delivered at "some point" on Friday. So what do I do, I go online, and upgrade my order to be delivered between 8:30 and 10:30 for £10. Why do I do these things, can I not simply wait. I suppose though, I am getting about a £10 back from ShopTo due to the price of BOTW being different from when I pre-ordered it though, so that kind of makes up for it, kind of.
The reason behind the training is I would assume to prepare for influx of people calling regarding there order so they don't make themselves legally accountable for a miss pronunciation of words my work does the same thing when something big is about to hit that might cause people to become concerning over.

Hi again and thanks for your understanding,the poor little beggar toddled off to school today happy as larry totally unaware that his nintendo switch world is about to come crashing down,at least for this weekend anyway.its also the fact that he has been saving up for four or five months for this thing and is paying for it himself.
@bhudablue I've also had a payment issue with the Nintendo store. When logging on, I get the option to 'Resolve' and re-enter payment details. Might be worth logging in again and checking.
Lol my Nintendo Switch Pro Controller was just delivered but I have no Switch or games delivered until tomorrow. Obviously teaching me to Pre-Order from the same place next time

Hi I am sure most people have no problems and I have not in the past,but I feel this is a different situation than just buying a game or accessory etc .This was a pre-order.we were assured it would arrive on 3rd March.ordered on 14th January and to get an email at midnight last night saying there was a problem and then not being able contact them today is unnacceptable from a company like nintendo.
