Topic: Namco Museum Question?

Hi Everyone,
My first post ever and I'm a newb. I just purchased the expansion pack for $49.99. When I went into the Namco Museum, it showed a heading to acquire it for "free" but when I tried to play Galaga for example, I got this message.......... "This game can only be selected in the full version" and I don't know how to confirm if the Namco Museum is included in the expansion pack. Would I still need to purchase the Namco Museum for $29.99 on top of the expansion pack I've already purchased or is something else causing this?

@drD There are multiple Namco Museum offerings, and actual expansion packs. I think you may have incorrectly called what you bought an "expansion pack". Since I can't see your switch & eshop, that makes it hard to pin down exactly what you've bought or downloaded. Namco Museum Archives Vol 2, is a standalone game purchase on eshop, currently on sale for $4.99 (reg$19.99). If you contact nintendo support, they can see your account and exactly what you bought, and help you sort out what's going on.

Namco Museum, and Namco Museum Archives Vol. 2 both list Galaga as being included on their eshop pages. If you got Vol. 2, and can't access Galaga, something sounds fishy with the eshop details, and that's why I think you should contact nintendo support.

Yes, that's correct. I did speak to Nintendo as suggested. They were quite helpful and I just bought the Namco 2 on sale for $4.99 and I got what I wanted.

Volume 2 is on sale? Hold my power pellet.

Yeah, @Eel, NA eshop has Namco Museum Vol 2 on sale for $4.99 (regularly $19.99).
