Had quite the distraction with Final Fantasy XV Pocket HD dropping. Been playing that since it released and having a grand ol time. Then Bastion sidetracked me, and all the excitement of the direct.

I have a feeling we're gonna do a lot of hunting together. We're the stragglers inching our way through the mountain of content on offer.
At work otherwise I'd hop online now. I can use hotspot but, when duty calls I have to get up and take care of business, which doesn't mesh well with hunting online with others. Can play all day solo though, where it can be suspended on demand

Y'all are super speed freaks at this. I've only just got onto Village 2*. Then again, I checked up on 4U yesterday and I'd only got to Village 5* on it.
If there's one thing I love GU over 4U for, it's that I don't have to wrestle with that annoying nub of a C-Stick to control the camera - especially when using bowguns.
@JaxonH I haven't actually played that much yet. Not as much as I'd like to. But I transferred my save from 3DS so I picked up from there, doing the new high rank village quests and just starting on G rank. I didn't really feel like starting over from low rank. I've mostly played solo too. Being able to pause and jump back into a hunt at any time is nice. But from my little experience playing online so far I haven't seen too many people with super high hr already.
I'm actually a little curious about the village high rank in GU. It appears to be a new series of quests, since I was already done with village high rank in Generations on 3DS, but when I transferred my save file to switch I had to start over with village high rank. (My low rank village quests and low and high hub quests were still checked off though.) It appears to follow a new series of quests revolving around tracking down valstrax. I haven't gone back to compare with village high rank quests in Gen, but it seems to be completely different. I looked for info and couldn't find any. Anyway, it's nice. I'm having fun with it.
@DarkRula Playing MH on the switch truly is a beautiful thing! I'm so happy this game was finally localized.
