Metroid Prime 1 REMASTERED!!
Now with new control options and upgraded visuals!

The Digital Version will be available later today.
Physical version will be released February 22nd.

I just played the original release less than 3 months ago lol.

Yes I am absolutely buying this, its my favorite game, of course I am.

I hope with the quick release it means the next Direct will have Prime 4. Please.

Love how it has dual stick controls - was playing the original on Gamecube recently and it grated me how it didn't have that.

In a bit of a pickle whether to pick it up digitally or physically, as I have the Gamecube physical copy.

So what about the other 2 games? Couldn’t they have just remastered the trilogy instead?

I'm surprised they just went for the 1st game and not the whole trilogy.

I do hope Nintendo has the decency to not sell this for 60 bucks. I've been burned by that hope before, but its just a solid remaster of a game they previously sold with two other games for 50. My love for the game doesn't change that (the same way I waited until I could get Link's Awakening for 40, even though the original is one of my favorites).

Also, I'm gonna take a random guess and say this exists partially because they knew it was taking forever for any Metroid Prime to be on the Switch, and remastering all 3 games would risk it coming out after 4.

The game is $39.99 digitally. Honestly not too bad. Wish it was cheaper, but this is Nintendo, not God or Ubisoft.

....It's going to be $60, we all know Nintendo. lol

You can still get the Wii U version of the trilogy for a mere $20. It won't be available for much longer, mind you.

Today I learned that on eBay, physical copy of Metroid Prime Trilogy is the upper double digits and triple digits.

I'll just get the Switch physical copy.

F*** me. AU$59.95 for this remaster on the store, I've just seen. Here's where Game Pass has it well over Nintendo's service.

Maaaaan, I would buy it but I own a Steam Deck now and I could just play it over there namsayin.

nothing happens
