@Dezzy It's quite different in Xenoblade 2's case. The limited release is the expansion on its own meanwhile the option you can always get is main game + expansion pass which would be like if 3D All Stars was always available but for a limited time you could get Galaxy 2 on its own.

@veeflames I think I agree with you. The notes on SMG2 theme don’t hold for as long as the menu screen does.

Has it been clarified yet how Sunshine works without analogue triggers? I just don't get how they're going to do it!

@status-204 Well played. Another moon that requires shaking, "Crossing the line". A surprisingly fun moon, "Motor Scooter: Escape" inspired by Jurassic Park.

@BranJ0 NintendoLife’s newest article shows a trailer with Mario running while using FLUDD. It’s unclear how, but it’s confirmed.

@Apportal @BranJ0 As we discussed a few days ago, it would be easier to map mid-speed and full-speed water spraying to the triggers, Nintendo must have done something like that.

@BlueOcean that’s probably what they did. I can’t think of any other way they could’ve done that, or at the very least to make it as comfortable as the first.

@Apportal I hope that there is button mapping, I'd like ZR for full-speed and ZL for mid-speed water spraying.

@status-204 feeling the same way, man. I don’t want to encourage Nintendo and make them think releasing something like this is okay, but I also REALLY want to play the games.

Nintendo’s got their fans wrapped around their fingers.

@BlueOcean when I jump, I throw cappy to stay In the air longer. One of the females there also yells “HEY” every time you should jump. Nice little indicator.

Here’s a vid if you want more help.

@BlueOcean This probably won't help, but I got it on my second try. Too much time spent playing Theatrythm, the Jump Rope game was easy in comparison.

@BlueOcean Are you sure? I remember On the Eastern Pillar taking awhile, but I'm pretty sure it's doable without shaking. I think I did something tricky with that though... that's the one where you have to break the block in the desert kingdom right? I'm pretty sure I just aimed the bullet bill than unpossessed it, and it flew the rest of the way on its own.

I dunno, maybe I'm misremembering.

Super Mario 64 would be Jolly Roger Bay and Super Mario Sunshine would be Pianta Village for me. Super Mario Galaxy blends more together, but I'm leaning towards either Beach Bowl or Buoy Base Galaxy.

@Apportal @status-204 @link3710 I can't go further than 65, it's not a question of rhythm but the rope is faster than the time it takes to jump and land (also, every two times Mario jumps higher). I tried tossing Cappy but it's not working.

@BlueOcean I boot up Odyssey again after all the debate. Something I noticed was the loading screen before you get to the menu literally says “Motion controls enable extra options. Motion is just if you want more options, or to make it easier. Completely optional. I get how you might see that differently tho.

Mario 64: Wet Dry World
Mario Sunshine: Rico Harbor
Mario Galaxy: Beach Bowl Galaxy

It's dangerous to go alone! Stay at home.

@Dezzy I loved Beach Bowl

@Apportal I explained a few examples before (last example "Crossing the Line"), ha ha. How do you get that without motion controls?

@status-204 You are so kind so I turned the console on to give it another try and I got it the first time. I was nervous after seeing the moon but I think I could have continued a little longer, I got 106. Honestly, I had given up but your tip helped, thanks.
