saying "I don't like the Oracle games" would be expressing an opinion.

Im Hoping they have a new take on the color dungeon. ( maybe a weapon dungeon where you get to choose between 1 of 2 weapons at the end of it.

Have it be the Switch dungeon, and certain puzzles and enemies are only visible on handheld OR console mode.

I have no idea if I actually want this dungeon or not.

Zelda Games have always been debatable for a number of reasons. The only grip I've heard about the oracle games is the grind to complete them. I too need to play Link's Awakening, Seasons, and Ages since I purchased them recently.

I looked at the game description they posted, apparently they're saying it's a re-imagining of the original. I'm surprised its not called Link's Reawakening.

You could always buy the gbc VC on 3ds for less than $5. Forgive me for not being so utterly awestruck but I beat the original gameboy game years ago (still have it by the way) and picked it up in VC to experience the color dungeon. So this makes it the most remade/enhanced Zelda game to date? What can they do different this go around to make it worth picking up for a 3rd time?

Definite buy. Didn't play the original until it released on 3DS, but I quite enjoyed it.

I'm not sure if I'm sold on the art style yet, but that still won't prevent me from picking this up ASAP. Link's Awakening is one of my favorite handheld Zelda games and deserves the love and attention IMO.

Also, while I'd rank Oracle of Ages and Oracle of Seasons under this game, they're still definitely worth playing; just prepare for a long haul if you're going for 100% completion.

Seriously though, only thing I could think of is doing some sort of...3D dungeon...? lol

This has to be a $50 or below game. I don’t see this being worth more than that. Especially for being a Game Boy remake. I never played the original so I have no emotional attachment to it. But it’s not worth the same as BOTW.

I might be jumping ahead a bit, but given how easy it would be to reuse the graphics and game engine for em as well as being GBC games too, I could see Nintendo getting the AKO from Capcom and maybe do remakes of the Oracle games sometime after LA.

Well, I merely suggested Oracle since they're GBC brothers to LA, but yeah they could do any 2D Zelda like this (Though maybe different graphics for ALTTP)

Nintendo nearly always charge full price for their main IPs.
Yoshi's Crafted World is definitely not worth the same amount as Breath of the Wild or Xenoblade 2, but they just average the value across all of them.
