Topic: Joy Con without stick

Hello! im new on the forum, so first of all i want to apologize if this post doesn't belong here.

I'll go straight to the point, a few weeks ago i was having problems with my left Joy Con, the problem was that the stick doesn't work properly, and it wasn't the ´drifting´ thing, it was that the stick did not want to go down. So, a friend of mine offered himself to repair the stick module, the problem is that he LITERALLY destroyed the module. (Yeah, i know, with friends like this... lol)

I bought a new module, but i don't have it yet, i have to wait like 4 days to get it. I thought that i can play the games that let's you play with the buttons, so i assamble the Joy Con again, this time WITHOUT the stick module, but then a new problem came up, now that i do not even have a stick, every game acts like if im moving the stick towards the left, the weird thing is that it only happens in games but not in the console menu, and the problem persist even if i restart the game or even the console..

Anyone can help me with that? im realy worried because i think that i broken the Joy Con and i don't wanna disarm the right Joy Con to test that module in the left Joy Con...

Oh, btw i have already tried to desync the Joy Con, doesn't work, removing and pluging the battery of the Joy Con doesn't work either.

Nothing anyone can do here but your so called friend should pay to fix what they broke. They owe you that much. I would hold off til the part joycon part comes and then look on the internet and do the repair yourself. Otherwise there could be more damage and if so then you will have to suckup and buy a new pair or have your friend pay you have the new price to get another pair.
