Topic: Is it safe to play the switch while it is recharging?

i would like to know if there are no downsides to play the switch (in portable mode) while she is charging? maybe it is not good to the battery?
I'm trying to treat it wih the most care i can ^^

ps: in zelda BOTW, is there a way to toggle the lock on ennemies instead of having to hold the button? it hurts a bit my hand.
