Topic: If my account is suspended, is it permanently banned? Please help!

So, my nintendo account god suspended for violation of the terms of service, does that mean it's permanently banned for good? I have about 500 dollars worth of digital games on my switch.

You should probably ask Nintendo.

If you have gone against their rules then you probably won't get your games back, companies usually cover that in their Terms and Conditions...

...No. You did something else. Unless you sent Nintendo a photocopy of a government-issued identification document through certified mail, they don't know your actual age.

Again, you need to contact Nintendo.

@ANIMEGURL672 As @HobbitGamer mentioned, they have no way of knowing your real age, something else must have happened. If you're sure nothing else has happened maybe give Nintendo a call or an email?

Just come clean, tell us what you really did, and we'll have a better idea of whether or not you have any reasonable expectation of a resolution. But I'm going to guess it had something to do with pirating software and/or trying to cheat in online games. if that's the case, then you violated Nintendo's terms of service, and you won't be getting your account back. Sorry.

Did you pay 500 dollars for them?
